Owner is not a person to be trusted. He barely ever follows thru on his jobs and owes multiple subcontractor s money that he kept instead of paying the people who actually did the work!

Seaco requested 20 loads of fill dirt and it was delivered as ordered and the customer never paid for the material. A lien was placed on the property and Seaco never paid for it. So a very small company was out of pocket for the material, hours and work put into their request. Very disappointing

This might take a second as I have a whole lot to complain about. This company is absolutely terrible! They renovated my mom's house last year and not only do I feel like they took advantage of her, whoever they used as their workers stole over $1,000 worth of tools out of her garage. During the renovation, they messed up on the cabinets and it took an extra 6 weeks for the cabinets to get delivered and in the meantime they gave up the countertop that we specifically handpicked out and when they finally put the countertops in two months later, they were not the ones that we picked. Also, the worst part, the tile in the kitchen and throughout the whole center of the home, was not leveled before being set. I'm pretty sure a twelve-year-old could have done a better job! This company is absolutely terrible and I cannot believe that they even act like they are professional! They finish the job 3 months past they're predicted finish date. Took an extra couple weeks for touch-up painters to come and finish doing touch up paint and so the whole job took five months when they predicted one and a half months. And the floor is not professionally done which is very very aggravating and frustrating and disappointing when you spend over $45,000 in home renovation

I do business with Don and seen a few of his projects. He does Amazing work with with Quality. He has always done what he said and he displays good character. Personally viewed 3-4 properties Don has built or renovated and was very impressed with the work in his portfolio

Seaco Construction fully renovated my kitchen, including decreasing the size of a window to make the floorplan flow more smoothly. The quality of the materials (soft close white shaker cabinets) and work were exceptional. Don and his team completed the work quickly and with attention to detail. I will absolutely use Seaco again in the future for cabinet and all contracting needs!

After multiple meetings with contractors and several estimates we hired Don Merritt, the owner of Seaco Construction, to do a major renovation on our home. The reno included gutting the downstairs, removing two load bearing walls, raising the ceiling 5 feet, and a totally new kitchen. From start to finish he was responsive and professional. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions if what we were thinking might not work well. He worked within our budget and communicated well throughout the entire process. There were a couple of minor snafus that were completely out of Don's control and he managed those creatively and responsively. In fact, Don made an inherently stressful process very manageable. I would highly recommend Seaco Construction and when we do our master bath he will be the first person I call.
