I had a giant oak tree removed from the backyard of a townhouse. A crane was required for lifting over the building. The Branch Manager was professional throughout the entire process, from estimating the work to cleanup. I would definitely call Marc again. I highly recommend this company.

We've had a total of 8 trees removed around our property by The Branch Manager, including one massive tree in our back yard that required a crane to hoist the trunk pieces over our house. The crew at The Branch Manager is hard-working and efficient. And Marc is a wealth of knowledge as a certified arborist...anyone who enjoys talking plants will have a great time talking to Marc as you walk around your yard. By the end of each day The Branch Manager removed our trees, you wouldn't even know they were there! All tree branches/trunks were gone and the stumps were ground out. I highly recommend The Branch Manager for any tree-related services.

Amazing experience all the way around. Marc is both knowledgable and amazing and his crew worked their butts off and were careful and considerate of the property. The Branch Manager Tree Service is an absolutely amazing company! We were beyond impressed by their kindness and professionalism, from Nancy answering the phone to the crew on site. Last week we had a cat crying for help stuck almost 3 floors high in a tree on our church property. We tried calling around and struggled to find anyone willing to help. As soon as we called BMTS they gladly and quickly came out of their busy schedule to help save this little cat. We are honestly not sure who is happier us or the cat lol. I live in Avondale in a 103-year-old home with huge Oak trees and neighbors with Camphor trees that were grossly overhanging in my back yard. Arborist Mark made two site visits to discuss the trees, the needs for grooming, and how he recommended to proceed. He is so very knowledgeable about tree species, property rights and laws with regards to tree cutting/grooming, what stresses them, and how to best groom them to eradicate nuisances yet preserve the health of the tree. They are not like many "tree companies" out there who just radically butcher the tree with no knowledge of species nor how to groom them in such a way that they grow properly. This crew was extremely careful with my property, the manner in which they proceeded with tree limbs on my property from adjacent residents, so it was respectful, and the immaculate post clean-up. In addition, their quote came in 54% less than three other well-known tree companies. I have used them before, and I will continue to do so exclusively.

Removed three large trees on my property. They had competitive prices and the owner walked through the process and addressed my concerns during the quote. The crew was punctual and extremely courteous. They did a fantastic job and worked very quickly. My yard has no damage from their equipment. They cleaned up so well i can barely tell they were here; except for the 3 trees being gone. HIGHLY recommend The Branch Manager!

The owner, office staff & staff on the site, especially Barry & his team were outstanding. Price was given the day the site was inspected & they made every effort to make sure the job was done withing the time frame when we could be on site. The men along with their equipment did an impeccable job on a number of big tree issues and by the end of the day, the cleanup was so sweet that you would have never even known that they had been working there........except for the additional areas of sunlight we now have and a better-looking landscape on the remaining trees surrounding our home. We certainly appreciate their efforts in the heat of the Florida summer sun. We have worked with Barry before and when the need arises again, we will not hesitate to call The Branch Manager Tree Service. You guys knocked it out of the park for us!
