The team at The Branch Manager were highly recommended to us by a friend from church. He said they were his first choice for any tree work and they were reasonably priced. I called Marc and he came out the same day to assess our need. We had three trees to come down. The quote was very reasonable and they provided all the insurance information ahead of time. When the day came for the work, they were on time, professional and very safe. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will use them for any tree work in the future. In one day they proved themselves to be people we hope to stay connected with! Honest, fun, respectful, open, dutiful, humble and grateful! Our type of peeps! Thank you all for a job well done at a fair price!

The Branch Manager Tree service is just plain wonderful. We have used them in the past and even referred friends and neighbors to them. They always do professional quality work and their clean up is amazing! Today we were faced with a different kind of situation. Patches, our new kitten decided to learn how to climb a tree. Unfortunately, once she was up there, she was too scared to come down! She did not know how to get down! When we tried to help her, she went higher. We called Mark and not to long after, his crew showed up with their lift! They rescued Patches, and she is now back on the ground, playing with her sister, Baby! Thank you to The Branch Manager ! As always a timely quality job!!!

Our cat was stuck up high into our tree for a couple of days and no one would come out to help. I saw a previous post that Branch Manager retrieved a cat so I called and YES they’ll come out and retrieve cats from trees!!!!! Customer service was fantastic and two gentlemen came out, within a short time after calling, and was able to get our deaf cat out of the tree. They do this for free, but please tip them!!! They do this kindly out of their hearts and I’m so appreciative of this company and so are my kiddos!

I have a grove of trees in my backyard, about 35 large 60’ and up. I got 6 estimates from various companies who wanted to cut down 11 of them at very high prices. Then Marc White, from The Branch Manager, a credited ISA arborist reduced the # of trees to 3 at a very affordable fee. The job was done perfectly, it was phenomenal: the high tech equipment, the knowledgeable and friendly crew headed by a young man named Gavin worked half a day outing some dead trees and then they raked and cleaned up the yard, (and even the street) and while there, included aspect ratio trimming and pruning on some trees not on the list. I highly recommend them. They’re a five star operation all around. (The green ribbons mark all the trees that would have been cut down) . Whew…thank goodness there are people who really love trees!

We had The Branch Manager Tree Service trim our Queen Palms, Oak trees and remove a River Birch. They arrived promptly, did a really good job and cleaned up after the job. The guys were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. I will only use The Branch Manager Tree Service in the future!

The Branch Manager gives fast and professional service at a fair price. They respond immediately, get the work done quickly and when the job is completed, they leave the area very clean. I would rate them 10 stars if it was an option!

The recommendations and assessment I received from their arborist was solid - educational and saved me money.

I called on a Monday, consultant came out to give estimate on Thursday, and I scheduled service for the following Friday. His response to my questions and concerns was informative and help me understand what care the trees actually needed to maintain proper health and for the surrounding botanicals in my yard.

Their 4 person (all manly 😉) team was professional, personable, and very coordinated. They had all the safety gear, tools, and equipment to get the job done within TWO hours; trimmed 3 large oaks, cleaned up dead wood on 4 other trees, and removed 1 small tree. Everything was tidied up, hauled away the debris, blew off walkways - everything looks clean, fresh, and healthy.

Budget friendly pricing - not cheap, nor sketchy or expensive. The estimated amount was honored after all work was done. Even though I asked for an additional quick pruning for 1 more in the back yard!

Trust is earned, not purchased. I have full confidence in The Branch Manager. They're certified, reliable, and will definitely take care of your trees.

Thank you to The Branch Manager Tree Service! We moved into our home a year ago November 2023. January 2024 this company, with a fabulous crew of employees, did a major three day clean out and pruning / trimming of trees on our property. We have been very much enjoying the work they did for us.

However, the last couple days, we are in awe over the tremendous difference of our Crepe Myrtles!!!! They are simply beautiful, stunning fall color this year compared to Dec 6, 2023 photo (first pic).

Marc the arborist and his crew are phenomenal in their work. I am the Director of a 300 resident 10 building condo with over 25 acres of property to manage. We hired The Branch Manager to trim over 280 property palms and remove many palms after 25 years that was way too close to the buildings. We also ask the crew to trim our oaks touching the buildings and low in the roadways and carport areas.
The crew came out in force with equipment that amazed everyone in the community. The lift equipment they own is first rate along with many big trucks. They had a young fellow named Gavin that used a small machine with jaws to haul the palm branch piles to a large truck that put them in for hauling off each day before leaving. They worked hard on site for four days. Marc the arborist came and spoke to us at a condo community meeting before work started. Everyone was impressed with Marc and the community said they deserved every penny we paid for the job. Everyone exceeded our expectations and it difficult to please everyone but everyone was very happy.
We will definitely use them in the future.

Cat Rescue!! Cat was stuck in tree 3 days. Called Fire Department, they don't do cat tree rescues??? since when?? Called tree cutting businesses $500.00 an hour?? Denise spoke into her phone, "Cat stuck in tree, needs rescue". First one didn't answer, but second attempt Mr. Marc from the Branch Manager picked up and came out to the rescue!!

I have a huge Oak tree in the center of my front yard that needed attention. (see before and after photo) The Branch Manager Tree Service did a wonderful job around my property, limbing up low hanging branches, removing previously fallen tree debris and removing another . They kept me informed from start to finish of my project. Fair price and great service. I would highly recommend them.

watch your pets around these ppl . They are not animal friendly by any means , and they are very sneaking about it as well .
