Buying a warranty on a product and then having to send it out to be repaired and be without your product for who knows how long is a BAD DEAL.

This store has a much better assortment of supplies than other stores, staff is friendly and helpful.

Today I went to pick up a washing machine that was purchased several days ago. He didn't want to deliver it to me because my name was not in the system. I understand that very well, but why didn't the cashier call the customer and confirm that I could pick up my washing machine? simple thing he could do, but he didn't have the desire to help me and the customer was called for a long time and no one picked up the phone at the store to confirm that I could pick up the washing machine. I was waiting more than 30 minutes to pick up something that was paid for. They need to improve customer service

Garden/planting/nursery department is very helpful. Organized and neatly laid out, things are easy to find. Once in awhile they will have good sales but you have to look closely. Sometimes the prices are not always aligned with the item, at least in the lawn and garden area. Overall, neat and clean, easy to shop, employees are helpful.

We were able to pick out one of the nicest red maples after visiting 4 other nurseries. The tree was delivered in great shape and cost. We’re going back for 2 more trees.
