Robert and his helper were courteous and efficient. The team communicated arrival time early in the day, so I could plan my schedule. The driver called at arrival and exceeded my expectations. They even took the box and packaging from the new mattress. I am very pleased with the Load up service

Bronze at Load Up was amazing! He did not have a second person to assist and was able to move all of my items. He was accommodating and put a lot of thought and care into moving my items. Highly recommend!

Ralph was curteous and very nice. Job was done very quickly. I was pleased with the service and all the people I spoke with were nice.

I was able to go online and schedule an appointment for the next day. Their app and automated texts kept me informed of their arrival time. Team was very friendly and professional. They had a Bowflex Blaze disassembled and loaded up in their truck in less than 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future!

I was provided an option to reschedule (because life happens).
Upon arrival they removed the old mattress, loaded it onto their truck, and in no time had the new mattress set up.
I’m glad I selected this service, and the fee was reasonable.
Both young men were very respectful and took care of not damaging the mattress or property.
I wish I had gotten their business card.

The subcontracted loaders were excellent at their work; efficient and quick. The company, however, was not able to meet the original pick up timeline resulting in a four hour delay which is why it only gets three stars.

They were great!! They texted a lot to keep me posted. Grabbed everything quickly. My daughter was all over them to help and they were great with her.

Unfortunately, UpLoad pushed the pickup back 2 times moving it from Friday to Saturday and then to Sunday. I think the labor (loaders) are subcontracted and our loader was wonderful but from a scheduling/logistics level the ball was dropped.

I was able to get a same day pick up for my mattress. Loader communicated effectively and was very friendly. Such a seamless process!

Needed garden soil and yard debris hauled away. With back pain, I couldn’t do the heavy lifting, so Load Up was the perfect junk removal service. A bit pricier than expected but worth it — punctual, professional, and easy to work with. I’d use them again for junk hauling or disposal anytime!

Customer service was so kind and helpful when I called with an issue. On pick up day itself they were right on schedule, did super quick work, and Derrick who did the job was so friendly. 10/10, will definitely be using them again in the future.
