LoadUp Junk was fantastic! They picked up my sofa sleeper quickly and efficiently. Their price was the lowest I found — much cheaper than the competitors — and they said they will donate it, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish. I very highly recommend them!

I struggled to get rid of my old mattress. It was too heavy, bigger than me and quite wiggly. So I called load up to help. I got a kind driver name harald that made the process easy and quick. 100 bucks for peace of mind, worth it.

I contacted LoadUp on line Tuesday or Wednesday and asked for 2 pieces of heavy gym equipment to be picked up. They arranged for pickup that Friday. The loaders arrive on time, we’re professional, nice and very quick. So convenient when you can’t get rid of it yourself! I would highly recommend them.

Able to make a Next Day appointment, and they arrived within the promised window. Driver was reachable via phone throughout the process, allowing me to have a realistic arrival time

With the way things are with a lot of businesses today I appreciated them being proactive and letting me know ahead of time. Once they arrived they were able to handle the job easily. This could not have gone smoother! I scheduled them the day before I needed our couch removed, they showed up right in time and were in and out in 5 minutes!!!!! The two guys were so nice and friendly! I’m hoping they donate the couch as it’s in great shape and they said they would. Highly, highly recommend.

The worst ever!!! The people they sent to put together our commercial gym equipment did not even know what they were doing! They never finished and we ended up having to take apart both pieces of equipment and put them back together the correct way!! Then they tried to get rid of the trash illegally which we were called by the cops on what they were doing. Worst experience ever! The company as of yet has not made this right with a refund for the installation!! If I could give NO stars I would.

Company was responsible and professional. I had mattress and box spring I needed getting rid of and they helped me right away. Will definitely re use. Sedrick was great quick and easy.

Happy Delivery was amazing! Shiko & Soso were unbelievable in how well they did. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The two of them, by themselves, were able to get a massive and ungainly couch out of a tight doorway and down two tight flights of stairs. If I ever have to move anything again, I’m going to reach out to them directly.
