Denise is very great and knowledgeable at her job and she goes beyond the call of duty and helps you wherever she can. I think every job needs one of her. She's just that great.

Knox Pest Control Tech Denise S. address all pest control problems immediately. She's very detailed oriented, and is always upbeat when she arrives at the property. The residents loves her. I would definitely recommend Knox to address all pest control problems.

Let me start by saying not much scares me BUT Critters. What is worse, critters in my house that I can hear! Ty literally responded within minutes of my request online, all before 7am. Was super thorough and made me feel secure the problem is resolved. I cannot recommend more! Thank you Ty, you rock!

It really has been a joy working with Chris Hrdlicka over the years! He's so friendly and professional, and provides excellent service any time I ask him and his team to inspect or treat a home. Whether it's a WDO Inspection for a first time home buyer, or treating a property for a current owner or investor. As a realtor, I understand the importance of time management and customer care, both of which, Chris executes flawlessly.

Chris always makes time for you, and if he's tied up he'll let you know and book you as soon as soon as possible. Millie in the office also does a great job of staying on top of things; ensuring all the "t's are crossed and i's are dotted"! Their pest control rates are very affordable and they offer packaged discounts for new homeowners as well. I highly recommend them!

I called around town to find a decent alternative to what I was quoted by my old pest control company, regarding my new property purchase. I spoke with Chris Hrdlika, from Knox Pest Control, Jacksonville FL. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. I decided to go with Knox Pest Control for Pest service and termite protection. Chris and his team were very professional and answered all of my concerns.

Denise Stokes is nothing short of amazing. The level of her service meets and exceeds everything that we need on our property! I have never been more pleased with a Pest Control service and we couldn't ask for a better technician!

Thank you Denise for providing me with excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable of the products she is working with and her customer service was excellent. We need more people like Denise when providing us the services we need to take care of our homes.

Knox has gone above and beyond to ensure they have made the situation right. They owned up to their poor service and made clear that they made changes so issues like this wouldn’t happen in the future. They very clearly value their customers and I believe they simply fell short this one time.

1st visit covered my dog’s bed in pesticide. I’m not easily annoyed. People make mistakes so I’m still cool at this point. Second visit, the tech goes in the only room in my house that has the door closed and sprays more pesticide inside my closet and all over my clothes and leaves the kitchen covered in white powder. This is after the tech gives me a little rundown of what, where, and why he’s doing whatever’s he’s gonna be doing. None of that included going in any other room other than the kitchen and fogging. No mention of powder being everywhere. No mentioned of needing to go anywhere other than the kitchen. No mention of any spraying. Just fogging the kitchen. Brought this all up to give them a chance to make it right. Was offered $100 credit 2 weeks ago and haven’t seen it yet. Fine. Felt like they were on top of it and I didn’t expect any furthers issues. Things happen. I haven’t received that refund and when I call about it (done that 4 times now) a very nice person will tell me someone will call me back in an hour and they’re so sorry. Of course that doesn’t happen. At this point, I just want to go back to a time before I contacted this company. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Trying to spare someone else the wasted time, money, and sanity this place has cost me.

Revised review. All technicians that I met with and even a gentleman with marketing was fantastic. All technicians were busy on the day I initially contacted them. Andrew (marketing guy) same day visited my property. He was transparent on services that benefit me. Everyone who serviced my property was much like Andrew. People I could trust. A lockbox was left on site for them. I had a previous poor review posted due to billing error. As it was my mistake it has been readvised.

I've dealt with several other pest control companies over many years, and this is BY FAR the best out of the pack! On time, very professional, great value and hassle free. Most other companies try and sell you on a "yearly plan" that costs upwards of a thousand dollars! No price gauging and taking advantage of customers here. Highly recommend!

Denise is my pest control lady at morningside apartments on Jammes Rd she is so nice, respectful and very prompt. She make sure she knocks before she enters and she listened to my problems I was telling her and she didn’t have to she was so nice and has a very pleasant smile. If all of your employees are like Denise I will always recommend this company to any of my friends and family....Job well done

Have had a horrible odor in our house for over a month. We rent and have tried to get people to come out to assess the situation. Each time we were left still smelling this awful smell. Thank goodness for this company and Ty. He came out one time and walked out with a 20lb raccoon from our attic 😳 It was so big it would have taken months to decay. Quick and easy removal. So so glad my candles will finally smell like candles again 😂😂 Def recommend

It’s hard to find a company with values. I reached out to them originally because I liked the image they present on the website (and I couldn’t tackle these stupid palmetto bugs!). I was happy to find that what you see online is what you get in person. What keeps me with Knox is the service. We worked with Chris and he is awesome! Very friendly, bugs under control, overall happy! Highly recommend.

This is my second year using Knox pest control and I am so glad to report I have not seen one carpenter ant this summer.
Those things were horrible getting in my house and making things miserable.
I also noticed I see fewer household pest in general.
I absolutely love the service I get from my technician Sam. He always goes above and beyond to do a great job and gives me good feedback. I will be renewing my service again in January for my third year in a row.

I’ve had Denise as my technician and she is always on time. No conflicts or confrontation. She’s great with all of my residents. She is a great asset to Knox and I have always enjoyed to be able to work with her! I wish there were more people like her!!!

I contacted Ty Strong with Knox pest control and he was wonderful. He was able to set an appointment that worked around my work schedule. He arrived promptly and did a complete inspection of my home. He took the time to explain how rodents could be entering the house and suggested simple fixes that could help to keep the critters out. He made some fixes to show me how and demonstrated how to set and place traps. I even received a follow up to see if what we had done had helped. I highly recommend calling Ty if you have pest control needs. He will treat you fairly and honestly.

If I could give this company "0" stars I would. They have misleading business practices. I moved into a new neighborhood and was bombarded by pest control companies. One in particular was Knox, the gentleman came out and informed me regarding their services offered and cost. I explicitly informed him I did not want a contract obligation and all other services I currently have started (i.e. lawn care, internet, etc.) were being setup with no contract commitment.

He assured me that would not be the case and proceeded to request initial payment in order to setup the account, that he would accept cash on the spot (*first red flag I should have caught).

I took him at his professional word and proceeded, fast forward 6 months and I no longer want to continue service as I am transitioning to my lawn care company to also take care of my pest control needs at a fraction of the cost Knox charges.

I called to inform Knox and I was presented with a contract obligation for 12 months and if I do not proceed with the last two treatments I need to pay for the cost of those two treatments in order to cancel the account.

I have no complaints regarding the tech who performed the service, he is extremely nice and hardworking, as well as the scheduler. She is professional and courteous, unfortunately their sales, or whoever the person going around soliciting new accounts is completely unethical, going around signing home owners to annual contracts while lying to their faces and collecting their hard earned money.

Would not recommend this company as they allow that type of employee to be their front facing customer representative.

Go with other local providers that are more reputable. As I will proceed once I complete the two remaining obligated services.
