We've been using Knox for home service for more than 10 years and for the most part, the service is excellent. My current Knox Pest Control expert is Sam and he is outstanding! I really hope Knox does not change my tech anytime soon. It's because of Sam I stick with Knox. Thank you Sam for all that you do for my family.

As both a property manager and realtor, I’ve worked with many pest control companies over the years, and Ty with Knox Pest Control is by far the best. I use Ty’s services frequently for my clients’ homes and rental properties because he is always reliable, responsive, and thorough. We used to use a different service for our two restaurants, but they would rush in and out as fast as they could, not do treatment inside most of the time, and get one of our employees to sign without even asking if we had issues. Switched to Knox and couldn't be happier.

Knox techs did my house and both restaurants and the difference in service for the same price was staggering. They ask about any issues we are having then take their time to thoroughly treat both inside and outside. It is great to have professional techs that obviously care about doing a good job. They also used products at my home to ensure that there would be no issues with our pets.

Stay away from the big national companies that are only concerned with getting in and out as fast as they can.

I’ve been trying to get these guys to come to my house for a while. They set rat traps in my attic once and then didn’t come back for months. When they did it was one time and all they did was briefly look at traps and ignore the hole outside my house that they were getting in through. I’m losing sleep because I can hear them moving around. If I was a homeowner I would be going with literally anyone else.

Totally unprofessional. We had them under contract for a 400 unit property in Jacksonville. After giving 30 days notice to cancel, they walked off the job with no notice. Would not recommend.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but Ty was just so so wonderful. We just recently moved into the area and had an ant infestation in our bedroom, particularly in my daughter’s nursery. He came out and showed us where a colony had made a home and sprayed. He taught us about some of the local bugs in our neighborhood and even played with my little girl. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible service. I was an original customer and just kept putting to the back burner. My lawn looks horrible. They can't even do the basics.

I used Pink Lawn Service for 1 year... The only reason I'm not continuing to use them is that my son-in-law moved in with us and now he will be taking care of the lawn... They are reliable, polite, if something is not right they will attend to the problem without complaining... Justin is a nice guy that cares about his business... I would highly recommend them to anyone...

Signed up on 11/15/18. They might have cut my grass once but when I called to ask what schedule I was on, and when it would be cut again- I wasn't in their system. Then they said they'd cut it next week- but they never came. When I called again, owner was very rude and unhelpful or even moderately concerned. I hate giving local companies poor ratings but they deserve it.

I have used Pink Lady for over a year and have no complaints. They have always been on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. They are quick to resolve any questions that have come up and would recommend their service. My daughter also uses them and has had no problem.

Bo, that took care of my lawn, did an awesome job, and was a nice guy to talk with. I got injured and called here and hired him. I would completely recommend these guys.

Used them for a while. I kept thinking that the service was going to improve...kept giving them a pass. They left my lawn horrible with so many bald patches. Every time I look at my lawn I regret ever hiring them. Very very poor communication system. You can never get hold of them on the phone as if they are too busy doing a great job wherever they are. I don’t know how long it will take my lawn to recover. I would not recommend hiring this company, they will proceed to cut your lawn immediately after heavy rains leaving bald spot on your beautiful lawn. Just to sum up...they pretty much don’t care. And they will still proceed to take your money...twice for the same service sometimes. Be sure to check your bank statements.😡😡

Myriad problems exist with this lawn "care" service but I'll just call out the top-three. (1) At one point they didn't show up for a month but billed me for all four weeks. Then they lied about it. (2) They've never touched the weeds in my beds yet that's supposed to be a part of their service. (3) Most recently, they killed rows of grass in my lawn with their tire tracks and refused to take responsibility or apologize. It looked like they rolled through weed killer before they mowed! This was the tipping point for me.

I cancelled them today and I'd caution anyone looking for a reliable, honest, or even reasonably good lawn service who'll manage to not kill their lawn to stay away. If I as much as hear from these guys again I'm taking legal action for the damage they did and services they never fulfilled.

They were prompt and professional. They did an excellent job removing dead trees the would have damaged our home if they were to snap or fall. We live in Baldwin. Thanks guys.

Very unprofessional, made 3times appointments with us and No show No call when we missed our work and waited on them all day. We made the appt with Dave, same person who came and gave us an estimate. Over 3weeks just wasted our time kept telling us we will be there today and always no show no call. Clearly other review if their friend gave 5stars.

Definitely not recommending to anyone!

Very responsive. Was able to remove my stump same day I contacted them. Not saying this will always be the case. Was very satisfied with the quality of work. I would recommend their great work. Thanks for doing a quality job
