Fantastic team. I don't normally write reviews, but this team of guys did a great job. They moved lawn furniture on the ground, surgically removed extremely large branches hanging over my roof, and cleaned up the yard and roof from debris. They were very efficient. The yard looks cleaner than when they arrived this morning!

Tree service and customer service was excellent from the consult and quote, to the emailed contract, to the day of service, and the instructions for follow up care for a tree that needed more nutrients. They made it easy and they were skilled professionals who cared about customer satisfaction. They were recommended to me by someone who has been in the community for 20+ years so I trust they know who’s best.

We just had the Roberts Tree Service crew come and remove four trees on our property this morning. They were very professional, each member of the crew had a job to do and did it! The best around! Robbie is quick to respond and fit you in. I have had him take numerous trees down through the years. Some in pretty tricky and tight spots.
He's always been extra cautious and made sure nothing gets damaged during the process of taking them down.

They were the only ones that showed up on time to give me a price. There prices were comparable with other companies that gave me quotes. I got my appointment within a week. The crew showed up this morning, on time. They did a great job. They did it fast. They cleaned up like they were never here. This is the company I will refer to my friends if they need tree work done.

Recommended to us by a friend, Robert's Tree Service delivered professional and knowledgeable experience in their quick removal of some trees that sadly had to go for safety reasons. A large company with many, well trained, friendly, professional employees. They love what they do and it shows in their work and labor. They should take pride in their work a d business. It's owned and operated by such a wonderful group of people. They offer many, well priced services and have all of the equipment needed to handle any job- big or small. I am amazed at how many employees they employ and how much equipment they have on hand for their everyday jobs/work. They can handle any situation you might have and they serve a large area. Jacksonville is blessed to have this company working in our area, employing many of our young men and women. Good morals and standards, honest, hard working people. Can't complain.

Robert's Tree Service has provided excellent service for us for three years in a row. Their front office is so efficient, their estimator, Jason, is so knowledgeable and never tries to "over-sell." He only recommends the work that is absolutely necessary. He gives a written estimate very promptly and he never charges more than is agreed upon - even if his crew does more work than is contracted. The crew employed by Robert's Tree Service is professional, experienced, highly trained and skilled, and they never take unnecessary chances with our trees or property. Robert's Tree service has a fleet of the latest equipment and their employees use the utmost care in handling the equipment. My husband commented that Joe (the foreman on our job) handled the "grabber" as if he were picking up asparagus from a plate rather than a huge tree limb from the ground. Additionally, the crew cleans up as if they were never here.

Robert's Tree Service provided exceptional service for my mom's house! Every single person from the crew to the office staff was friendly and professional. The job was done expertly and quickly. I contacted Robert's Tree Service based on research of surrounding companies and customer satisfaction reviews. We had a large Maple tree in our backyard. Jason came out, was friendly and professional and quoted me a fair price to cut down the tree, remove it and grind the stump. His team came out as scheduled and arrived early in the morning. I must say they did a completely professional job. They worked well together and removed all of the debris from the tree. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done.

Robert's Tree Service was recommended to us by neighbor who had used them. Jason is very friendly, professional and knows what he is doing. His workers did a very good job. They removed what they estimated to be a 125ft pine tree from our backyard, along with 4-5 other trees. Pruned all other trees. Excellent job, highly recommend

All I can is WOW!!! Jason came out two weeks previous and gave us an estimate to remove trees and grind the stump and haul which I thought was incredibly fair and we scheduled the work. Due to storm season, they were a little backed up, but we were fine with the time.

I had contacted him last week about getting a few trees trimmed up and he said we could price it when they showed up. Jason showed up with the crew, looked at the additional work (great price again), and he went over work with the crew.

The crew was extremely efficient with the portable lifts they use. The problem tree at the corner of our house was pretty much dead and we had been losing branches over the last few weeks. They made quick work of it and I was thankful they allowed us to watch them work. They dropped two other trees for us as well as cleaning up some oaks over our driveway.

I would highly recommend Robert's Tree Service, Inc for any tree removal you need. They are very affordable, very professional, extremely efficient and leave your property like they were never there.

Jason and his team are what we simply call “the pros.” They were the most reasonably priced out of the quotes we got. They were extremely knowledgeable and careful!! Not one single pool deck tile was damaged when they took out a huge laurel oak with their crane over a brick wall, over our pool and pool deck! This job took immense skill and Roberts TS brought that to the table! They cleaned up after and communicated professionally all throughout the experience. My neighbors are all hiring Jason and his team because they saw the expertise and careful execution they used to complete the job. Speaking with the owner Jason and the crane operator who has been doing this business i believe 20 plus years it is clear that this is a business with integrity and care for their customers and property!! We will hire them again and I will recommend them to all my real estate clients that need trim or removal work! A++++

My husband and I were both so pleased at the work done by Robert’s Tree Service. They did such a great job cutting down a large rain tree and trimming two live oak trees in our yard. They were professional, courteous and really worked as a team. The cleanup was fantastic also. Great job for a fair price.

It's nice to find a company 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction! Had a dead water oak removed from my backyard and the crew was efficient and professional. The were great on clean-up and it looked like nothing had happened...except the tree was gone. I would recommend Robert's Tree Service to get the job done right for a great price.

We had several trees cut down and removed and several additional trees trimmed and branches removed. They also cut back brush that was endangering our fence. Had several quotes and Roberts was not the cheapest but they had come highly recommend so we went with them. Great choice. Roberts' crew did a bang up job taking down our 80 year old Laurel Oak.
