Mr. Hamilton is knowledgeable, fair, and very thorough. He knows his trees...which ones are invasive, which ones should go, and those that can wait awhile. I'm happy with the results and will use his services again.

Great guys and excellent work. Very professional and would highly recommend. They cut down a dying 40 foot pecan tree and several cedar trees along my fence.

I have used Hamilton Tree Service for years and my recent experience verified that they are a very professional service and are more interested in the trees on my property than the money in my wallet. Every few years I have the boss come out and we take a walk around my property. We talk about the health of each tree and if any trimming needs to be done so they can make it through any hurricane that may come our way. Most of the time the trees do not need anything done to them. This time I had my huge ornamental pear trimmed back so more light would reach the back of my yard and two very tall palm trees tidied up. I also had a camphor tree removed from a rental property next door (with the owner's approval of course). All the work was done in half a day and my yard was tidier when they left than when they arrived. The two guys doing the work were very interested in making sure I was happy with every step of each job. We even stood together under the pear tree and decided on exactly which branches would be cut. I will definitely continue to use Hamilton Tree Service to make sure my trees stay healthy and my yard and home safe.

John came and gave a competitive quote. Initially I was shocked he could even do the work as the access to the trees was extremely difficult to navigate. But he did it, and did it quickly and (more importantly) SAFELY!

My neighbors hired Hamilton to trim a branch on my tree that overhung their yard. After not showing up on the originally scheduled day, the workers and Mr. Hamilton showed up unannounced yesterday morning. They had been repeatedly told by both my neighbor and me that I needed to be home if they came on my property, and that I did not want the over 20' limb to be taken all the way back to the trunk, they proceeded to enter my property without my being there and unnecessarily cut a huge, perfectly healthy branch that was over 2' in diameter back to the trunk of my tree. Then Mr. Hamilton had the audacity to tell me I was lucky he saved me from any liability issues. They obviously don't care that they trespassed on my property, disregarded my instructions, and have destroyed the shaded seating area in my yard. A horrible, arrogant man with no regard for the beauty of my tree, my property, or my instructions to him.

John and his team provide First Class service! Prompt, professional, and courteous!! John is knowledgeable and skilled in all things to do with trees. And when the work was completed on our property, they cleaned up everything so well, we couldn’t even tell they had been here. This is the second time we’ve used this company and we are customers for life!

John and his crew did a great job removing an old Oak tree from my front yard. John gave me a good price. My ground was ready for sod when they left. I couldn't have asked for a better clean up.

Hamilton Tree service recently worked extensively to help clean up an expansive array of exceedingly large, decaying laurel oaks surrounding my home and yard.

John and His team were consistently prompt, attentive, professional and most importantly (when removing sprawling oaks over one's home) skilled! Trees were removed, additional work was done to clean up limbs, remove vines from surround canopy, stumps ground and yard and driveway cleaned up EVERY day before they wrapped up.

These guys were phenomenal. The crew was very professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. I've never seen a better clean up job either. I couldn't have done it better myself. I called for an estimate and received it next day, and my very large live oak tree was gone and stump ground within less than a week (of my original phone call) on a non rush job. Price was extremely fair, if not great. Definitely recommend.

Fast estimates and did a great job in two parts because of the rain. Even dealt with my unreasonable neighbor while we weren't home. We were very pleased. Mr. Hamilton was knowledgeable about trees and able to guide us in our choices about shaping the trees, rather than just removing them. We would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Updating a prior review: We're now repeat customers here in Riverside; John Hamilton's team did excellent work (again). This time they took down a tree that was dying. They did it safely, efficiently and with skill. This particular tree's main-trunk extended beyond our roofline, but also came within about 15" of the roofline -- so they really had to know what they were doing. They protected our driveways. Everything was cleaned-up properly. Prices are fair for the work.

John was referred by a friend and he met with me on time for an estimate. I had previously met with a Florida State extension agent about my old live oaks and what they need to maintain health. John’s recommendations matched what the extension agent had told me and what I felt was good for the longevity of my trees. His bid price was comparatively inline with others. Once I committed he got me scheduled pretty quickly and again showed up on time alongside his crew of courteous guys and high quality trucks and machinery. They finished the job doing exactly what I had asked and a little extra. John made sure everything was right and the grounds were clean. Great company, great leadership and a for sure referral.
