We needed the house, roof and driveway cleaned and I contacted this company. Very friendly and punctual. We got a quote the next morning and the work was completed that day. We are pleased with the results and will definitely be using them next time.

Highly recommend As New Again especially Danny and his colleague for all your pressure washing requirements! The service, quality, efficiency was outstanding and were very reasonable. You will not be disappointed, we are a repeat customer.

Unfortunately not a good experience for me.
Hired this company to pressure wash and seal my driveway at the end of July.
The guys were hard workers, I had a lot of weeds on the driveway and it took them 2 days of pressure washing.

The day the driveway was sealed, it down poured about 15 minutes after the completed the job. Naturally, I was concerned the sealant wouldn’t have had time to set and reached out to the company. They assured me it was ok.

6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire.

Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team.

I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out.

Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest.
Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.

They do a great job for a reasonable price. They also show up when they say they will and keep in contact with you during travel to your home! 2nd time using and will definitely use them again.

We had our house and all paved surfaces cleaned. As New Again arrived on time, moved the patio furniture and plants we’d forgotten to relocate (sorry). Job was completed within a couple of hours. They did a spectacular job!

My driveway is beautiful. Awesome job. Josh and Renard were on time and did a perfect job. They were so nice. I will be making more appointments to get my fence and house pressure washed soon.

This is my second time using this company. I used them first last year to pressure wash my home. They did such a wonderful job. Then this month I hired them to pressure wash my driveway. They went above and beyond. The even did my front porch. Very impressive and great quality work for each and every service I needed. I will definitely use them again.

There are many companies in the area that provide pressure washing service and i have tried several of them. However this is the only one that has earned my business. Pressure washed my house 11/9/24 and porch the porch is great however the home is not “new again” they also pressure washed my locks on my home damaged the locks never came out to fix the issue as stated they would now I have to have all my locks changed. I will not be using their services again. It is partly my fault as I had the flu and was unable to view their work prior to leaving but very sloppy. They pressure washed my windows and doors resulting in water entering the home and my screens being damaged overall would not recommend. Not worth the headache and I have to have someone else come and redo their work

Manny and his team did a phenomenal job power washing my sidewalk, making it look fresh and clean. They arrived right on time and were incredibly efficient and respectful throughout. I was especially impressed by their willingness to accommodate our schedule by coming hours before we opened, ensuring we could display our property at its best.

This past week, As New Again came out to my home and pressured washed, re-sanded and sealed my pavers. The gentlemen was cordial and professional. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I definitely would recommend As New Again Pressure Wash Company.

They did an amazing job! Showed up on time, looked and acted professional. Prices were great and most importantly when they were done power washing my home it looked like it had a fresh coat of paint with how clean it was. I would highly recommend if you’re looking yo get your house power washed and or your roof. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

David and his crew are awesome. They are super accommodating in terms of scheduling and every person who worked at the house the two times (so far) that we’ve used them has been super polite. My 20 year old pool screen always looks brand new when they’re done as does the house, driveway and curbs. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Very reasonably priced and some of the most driven and hard working guys I’ve encountered in FL.

The owner's website provides a guarantee that your yard and property will be protected with no damage after the roof pressure wash. I was shocked. The chemicals used on the roof killed 33 feet of grass on each side of my house and the shrubbery on 3 sides of my house. They did not fix the problem or reimburse me for the cost to have new sod and shrubs.

As New Again Pressure Washing was great! They estimated fairly and detailed. And on the day of the device they were professional and kind and explained all of the work. I am going to absolutely use them again in the future. The house looks new again!!

As New Again Pressure Washing came to my home to clean my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They arrived on time and clearly explained everything they were going to do. The crew of three used a low-pressure cleaning system and went above and beyond to make my home look amazing.

They cleaned all the siding, eaves, and the outside of the gutters. They even cleaned my shed and the underside of my sunroom roof, where smoke from my grill had turned it black. Now, everything truly looks new again!

My sister and I agreed that her patio was given a thorough cleaning. The patio now looks like a new patio. William and Dylan were pleasant, efficient and skilled at their job.
