5 stars for the guys at As New Again Pressure Washing. Called David on a Thursday morning, he was able to visit our house within 20 minutes for a quote, and the guys were at our door by 1:30 in the afternoon. It took under an hour, and the house is as clean as it was on closing day 4 years ago. Thrilled with the result, value for the money, and communication.

I’ve hired them three times over the years and they kill it each time. This time, I needed rust runoff from a rusty boat trailer removed from my driveway. In the worst heat ever, Renard and William worked their tails off to get it looking as best as they possibly could. I understood that rust can be tricky after speaking with David (owner), so my expectation was that it would be 60 to 75% better. I was incorrect. They treated it with acid three maybe four times and it’s now it’s 95% better and I’m happy with that! Considering the cost of the chemicals and the labor, I felt $200 was very reasonable. They also got some hard water stains off my house and sprayed off my front porch as a courtesy.

I was not happy with the level of cleaning the company provided. They were very expensive ($80/hr) and for that amount of money, I expected more than a simple, basic clean. I specifically requested a move out cleaning, what I received was a basic clean, at best. I do not recommend their services at all.

Excellent price, and got the job done in less than 24hrs of me calling for an estimate.

I have seen this guys work. I have worked with guy, and he is my neighbor. lovely wife and kids. The most important thing, is he make sure it is right. He will re-cut a piece if he has too. Espeicially if he thinks the water isn'g going to flow like it should. He is also half the nation average in price. Give this a guy a try, you won't regret it. You can't take a chance when your homes protection is at stake.

This guy was on time, and finished the job in one day. It was great. I had a few spots that I did not like, he was happy to correct them, it was just and issue with the down spout, I wanted and extension so the water would be directed a certain way. Joe cut the piece exactly how I wanted it. Havn't had rain issues since, and looks like these gutters will last for years to come.

Mr Paige is truly a professional. He was prompt and came ready to take care of business. Chris cleaned my house and when he finished it looked like I had just moved in. I love his work and I will be using him on a regular.

I do not recommend this company and here are the details. I have 3 very expensive Oriental rugs cleaned by Klean King’s. I requested “at the businesses location”. They were very quick to respond and said they could clean them at a very reasonable price. When Carea responded she told me the name of my cleaner so I told her about my request. I asked her if they clean rugs in parking lots because I had told her they were in the garage. She said yes they do it in parking lots. What she failed to tell me is that they would be damp when he was finished. So I’m not at all happy with the service. Ocatavious, the cleaner did a great job in sweltering heat but the fact remains that they’re damp, rolled up in my garage. I’ll have to find a more reputable company to have them recleaned. There was no rush on my side but I guess they needed the money. I did speak on the phone with Carea to get a partial refund but she didn’t reimburse me for anything but a nozzle that was accidentally broken because he didn’t have water. I asked if he cleaned in parking lot and he said it was the first time he’s ever done this. I’d recommend the cleaner but not the company.

Bright Prime Dryer Vent Experts in Jacksonville cleaned the booster fan in my long dryer run. It was caked in lint and vibrating loudly, but now it hums quietly. I didn't even know that fan needed cleaning until they pointed it out.

I had a very smooth experience with Bright Prime Dryer Vent Experts. They were very transparent about the costs involved and the cleaning was completed right on schedule. The technician was friendly and I appreciated that he showed me the sheer volume of lint they pulled out of the wall.

What can I say about Frazier.. there service is amazing, they do a top notch job.. but I would rather tell you about The character of the owner.. if this guy tells you he is going to do something he WILL do exactly that.. great honest people.. they have cleaned my office for over 3 years and I have never had an issue.. I just wish all my vendors were as good as Frazier!!!!

Mr. Frazier and his team came into my office and left it spic and span. They cleaned every nook and cranny. I am very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. Besides the typical sweeping, mopping and dusting, they cleaned every leaf of my plants, all corners, baseboards and windows. To top it off, I had a stubborn stain in my sink that I tried a number of products to clean out. It would not budge. Mr. Frazier and his staff stayed longer than estimated until that stubborn stain was removed. Great attention to detail. You would not be disappointed if you employ Mr. Frazer and Frazier Janitorial Services.

GRACE Aerospace is very pleased with the excellent work and good eye for cleaning our facilities. It always smells so good and looks great around the office/work shop.
