Frank and his team were professional and courteous and did a great job on my windows, screen enclosure, sidewalks and driveway. We are very pleased with the service.

This company has been taking care of my property for the past 12 years. They clean my house, my gutters, my screened pool enclosure, patio deck, summer kitchen and driveway. Up until recently the company was called Reflections and has been recently acquired by Krystal Klean. However, the personnel has remained the same. They are a great bunch of folks that do excellent work at a reasonable cost. What I like most is their flexibility. Whatever you want cleaned, they will accommodate you and do a fantastic job. You’ll never go wrong by hiring Krystal Klean.

This is the second time I have had Krystal Klean perform services at my home. The first time was a complete house washing. This most recent service was cleaning the driveway and sidewalks. They always respond quickly to estimate requests. And, when they set an appointment, they arrive at the early end of the appointment. The service appointments are always fast and hassle free. I have no problem recommending them to any of my family or friends.

Krystal Klean once again did a fantastic job on our windows. Tony and the second individual who came out to clean our windows were courteous, professional and made sure we were happy with everything prior to departing. Our windows looks amazing!

Truly professional team. The first thing, when they arrived, (on time), was to go over the project. We were on the same page…checked with me several times if I see anything that needs to be addressed.
A few hours after they left, a knock on my door…they had removed a small hose nozzle which he put in his pocket to keep safe. He forgot about it. When he went home he found it and drove back, on his own time, to return it and apologize. That’s a positive reflection on the whole company! I can’t say enough. You won’t have any using them!👍

Krystal Kleen did an outstanding job removing stubborn hard water stains off our glass entry door. We tried the lime away, CLR and other products without success. It's so nice when you hire a pro and actually get the results you hope for!

I have used Krystal Klean since I purchased my home in 2009 in Jacksonville Florida. I am so disappointed in the service I received received yesterday. I haven't had any complaints until now. And you won't believe this but they called me while I was writing this review and made it worse. I was scheduled for Monday. They did a no show with no phone call giving me the status of arrival. I called several times before someone finally answered the phone. They had the dispatch manager call and reschedule for the next day with an additional discount. The technician showed on time the next day. He pressure washed my house, driveway, and walkway. The job on my driveway and walkway was very poor. The technician informed me that the truck he was in had too low of water pressure among other issues and he couldn't clean my driveway and walkway properly. He said his manager said to not charge me for everything and if I got additional work they would then come and redo the driveway and walkway. Today I checked on the driveway and walkway and it was a poor job. I called Krystal Klean and informed the person I was speaking to what happened. They called the same manager and got him on the line with me. I asked, "Why did you send out a truck that he knew couldn't do the job?" He started explaining to me the issues he had with the truck and the company issues in detail. I told him I understand but that has nothing to do them sending out a truck that couldn't do the job I hired them for. He apologized and I accepted. He then scheduled me for the first available which is the following Monday. Which I informed him that was longer than I wanted to wait but I understand that is his first available. He then began again to explain the company issues with them transferring to corporate from privately owned. He also informed me that they've had many complaints since going corporate. I made a passing statement that being corporate was probably the reason the costs of using their services has gone up $200 for me. He agreed and also talked about inflation being a cause. We hung up from the phone call and I thought that was it. But I received another phone call from the manager I had just spoken with. He called to inform me that from 2021-2024 they have been charging me the same rate so my costs haven't gone up $200. I informed him that he needs to look back further. I've been using them since 2010. So I'm looking at the entire time period I've been using them not just a few years. He was adamant about only talking about 2021-2024. I informed him that I didn't care and I just made the comment in passing since he chose to explain about their corporate issues. He kept going at me on the phone like he's was trying to prove I was lying about the price increase. I informed him again that I was looking at the totality of the time I've been using their services. Now I'm irritated because this has nothing to do with resolving the issues I have and I don't understand why he's making such a huge deal out of a passing comment based on something he said. I honestly have no idea why he took time and effort trying to prove me "wrong" in his eyes instead of doing everything to resolve my issue and keep me as a customer. He actually went through the invoices from 2021-2024 to try and prove me wrong. That was selective to prove his point since I've used Krystal Klean way longer than that. All of that time and effort should have been used to make sure the work I needed was done properly. If I wasn't willing to pay the price of their services I wouldn't have kept using their services from 2010-2024. Price was never the issue. I always hired Krystal Klean due to the quality of work I've received in the past. There are other issues I left out because this review is already incredibly long. But in closing after they redo the work I originally hired them for I will never use them again.

Excellent company to work with and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Price for roof cleaning was reasonable, workers were professional, arrived exactly on time and did a great job. Only took one hour to complete and the old soiled roof looks like new. Would recommend them to anyone needing this service, just be aware that the bleach cleaning solution sprayed on the roof to remove stains is very strong and will leave an odor for a while afterwards. Also care should be taken to prevent clothing, plants, outdoor furniture, etc. from coming in contact with it, and some rinsing and watering of grass and surfaces that it touches is a good idea to dilute it and remove any residue.

I wanted to express my utmost appreciation for the fantastic job your team did on pressure washing my driveway and backyard patio. The professionalism and thoroughness displayed throughout the process were truly commendable. I am thoroughly impressed with the results, and I would highly recommend your team to anyone in need of your services.

Team showed up right on time, explained how they would work and got to work. Our windows had not been washed in ten years so they had their work cut out for them. We have 22 windows and they finished in only two hours. I am amazed at how bright and clear our windows look. These men were very polite and the price came in under the estimated cost. Excellent service! I have used a few different companies to wash my roof, patio, and driveway in the past. The pricing was very fair and the crew that came out to my house was very professional, and detailed oriented.

Excellent customer service. We used them a few years ago and like what they did so we brought them in again to do the windows both inside and outside. Unfortunately the person that came did not do a good job at all. I spoke with the office, they escalated it to the owner of the company. He personally came out to make sure the issue was properly addressed. He got a new crew out immediately to re-do the job. One of the people that came out had been one of the team that did my house a couple of years ago and did a great job. The fact they have employees that stay with the company says a lot about the company. And the owner went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Definitely will continue to use this company.

The employees who serviced our home were on time, very professional and extremely effective. They left our windows and doors looking brand new. Great job! I would highly recommend them.
