They take care of my pool and it has never looked better! They clean the filters, skim the pool make sure all the chemicals are tip top. Ever sines they have taken care of it my skin isn’t all itchy when I get out. I highly recommend them give them a call

Hiring VIP pool cleaning services was the best decision! They have so much knowledge, skill and are very professional. When the pool requires extra attention after a storm, they will even come out multiple times a week to make sure the pool is in the best shape possible! Our pool has never looked so clean and clear! Recently a dead mole was found and they came and got it out for me and made sure the water was suitable for swimming! They go above and beyond, without question!

We recently made the switch to VIP Pools and couldn't be happier. It's a local, family owned company. They're very professional and a pleasure to work with. The weekly pool cleaning is prompt and reliable. They were able to change our pool from chlorine to a salt pool without any problems and helped us keep the costs down. They also went above and beyond what we expected on more than one occasion. If you want a company that cares, go with VIP pools.

Katie came to the rescue after dealing with some bad service from the other pool company we were using (Economy Pools) and she went out of her way to make sure things were takin care of. I immediately canceled with the other company and have been using VIP pools for a couple months now. Not one issue so far and Katie is very easy to get in touch with and help with any questions I have. Pool has been sparkling clean ever since she took over. Its a big relief having one less thing to worry about on my airbnb house. Highly recommend using VIP Pools!

A big thanks to Ben and Katie for helping me get the water balanced and my new pool off to a great start. Their business puts customers first and it shows in how responsive they're to any and all questions, as well as taking the time to explain best practices to me in detail. After my pool was built, the water balance was all out of whack, within a month of their service I saw positive changes - and after two months of their service, the water balance was right where it needs to be. I brought my perian rug to be cleaned and what a disappointment. When I got the rug back, it was hard and wrinkled. I called the owner back and found out that they do not dry clean the rugs. He used liquid chemicals to clean it and then wrung it out. The point in bringing the rug to a dry cleaners was to have it DRY CLEANED. I could have cleaned it myself with rug cleaner. He offered to steam it. After picking it up for the second time, there was no improvement. I have another rug to be cleaned, but I am definitely not bringing it here. This is a military town so, I am sure there are others that have persian rugs. I would not recommend that they bring it here.

I dropped off my 3 pairs of pants to hem on Monday, she asked me Thurs or Fri for pick up, I gave her the option, she chose Friday, I went to pick my pants up at 1500 on Friday and she had not touched it! She had it since Monday!!
