Firstly, the owners are the loveliest, kindest people! I brought in a comforter and several linen/embroidered pillowcases that one of our dogs had unfortunately soiled badly. There were numerous stains all over the pillow cases and they got EVERYTHING out. I couldn’t believe it. They look brand new. I am so impressed with their work and it’s very conveniently located close to our home. I will use them from here on out!

I have been coming here for a very long time!! They never disappoint!! They even helped me out with uniforms when they had no power I have so much respect for them!! I have nothing bad to say!! They are awesome sweet people very kind!

I brought a very beautiful table runner of my mom's in to see if it could dry cleaned. (I lost my mom last year and it was very sentimental to me). I bought it for her years ago. It had a couple of stains in it and needed to be cleaned. At first the lady said that the stains [and a very large stain] probably won't come out so I just asked if it could just be cleaned. When I picked it up, there were NO STAINS and it looked BRAND NEW!!!! I was ecstatic!! The gentlemen said that he worked on it for 3 days to get the stains out. I was so happy! They were wonderful and only charged me $10. I will definitely be back!!

They did an AMAZING job tailoring a wedding guest dress for me. It fits like a glove. They went out of their way to finish the alterations for myself and numerous other customers before the hurricane hits tomorrow. To top it all off, they are the kindest, friendliest people. Highly recommend them!

Wonderful people and excellent customer service! While packing for a trip the next day , I discovered a hem missing from a blazer... called handicraft and the sweet lady there said she could have it finished that day by 3:00! I was so happy. She did a beautiful job , absolutely perfect

One of the absolute best cleaners in the city, hands-down!! This husband and wife team not only does the best alterations, but they are very very fast. Pricing is great and they are the friendliest people in the world. I will not take any of my expensive items anywhere else but them.

I’ve been getting my flight attendant uniforms altered here for 2 years! The owners are the sweetest, kindest people and do amazing work! i’ve brought several odds and ends project to them, dresses needing length added, all my jeans taken in the waist, they do it all and flawless work. Fair and reasonable prices always. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I am so impressed by their customer service! We needed some military uniform stuff done quickly and they accommodated us with same day turn around! They are so friendly and welcoming and the quality of work is always top notch! Highly recommend!

People want an honest opinion, so here it is. I understand that every business receives both positive and negative reviews. Unfortunately, my second visit to the company was disappointing. When you tell a customer a specific time and day for pickup, it's frustrating to arrive and find my pants still sitting on the chair a week later. That is not good customer service. We all make mistakes, but it's important to keep your promises if you want customers to return. For this reason, I will not be returning.

The photo on Google says $10 any size comforter laundered, so I went in and asked why the sign now says $20. Then the owner slithers up and grins fiendishly as he says no the price is much higher than $20, for you maybe $30 or $35. I said this is not fair or legal to advertise one price online and then upcharge when someone comes in to your store. What a slimey experience. I walked in and was greeted by Watto from Star Wars. I wonder how much business he sends across the street with this terrible behavior.

Found this place on accident at the last minute, they are absolutely fantastic, 100% will be back without question. Excellent service and excellent quality!! They tailored my son's pants in a day I could not be more grateful!

Very professional and hard workers.

The worst pool service ever. My pool stays green. They never show up. They never clean the filter. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t brush the walls adequately. I’ve given them 2 months to get there stuff together before I wrote this review. They knew it was coming they just don’t care.
