Zachary was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was in urgent need and needed a carpet cleaner same day on a Saturday at that. Zachary was more than accommodating and had my carpets cleaned within hours. My son was having allergy issue due to previous pets and he also recommended a filter I should use. I will be using Zachary Chem dry again and will always recommend!

I went with Zachary's Chem-Dry for upholstery cleaning after reading their excellent reviews online. They are absolutely as good as everyone says! We had a large sectional sofa that was quite dirty from a number of moves, a toddler, a baby, and a dog. Wow, it looks like new again! Casey spent two hours thoroughly treating stains and doing an overall clean on it. He arrived on time and was so nice. What a great experience!

Casey was so focused on cleaning our sofas to our satisfaction. He put in extra effort to remove some stubborn stains. Not only does Casey do great work - he also provides great customer service.

Very professional. I appreciate the natural cleaning process using no detergents (since we struggle with eczema and skin issues), quick dry time, they had appointments days and times that were quick and convenient, the overall time involved was minimal so it wasn't a whole day process. Overall very positive experience, from the first phone call to the tech 😁 thank you!! Definitely recommend

Zachary’s has been cleaning my carpets since 2010 and I couldn’t ask for better service. Casey has always provided excellent service and my 20 year old carpets still look like new because of their care.

We've used Zachary's chem dry for over 15 years. Casey has been our technician nearly every time, and he does an amazing job. The price is good and they always answer the phone and offer us quick options for scheduling. The owner has come to our home several times also. I can't say enough about he good they are. Especially having two dogs in the house, our carpets and floors need frequent cleaning.

Really happy with the friendly and thorough service from Casey of Zachary's ChemDry. The service was prompt and fairly priced. I learned about "cleaning codes" that are found on the tags inside most furniture if you take the cushions off. Casey knew all about this and was able to clean our sofas and carpet in exactly the right way. We highly recommend using Casey and ChemDry.

Chem dry cleaned our carpets today. Casey did a really awesome job, it was clear that he cared if carpet turned out nice and clean. I watched him work extra hard on the stairs that really needed extra attention. He moved all the lightweight furniture, and got under the dressers that he couldn’t move! The carpets are clean and smell very clean but, not a deodoranized smell, which I do not like! There is also no chemical smell. Caleb cares about customer service being top notch! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. All that being said, he is the only technician at this company we would use in the future. We would recommend him wholeheartedly!

It was my first time getting anything cleaned like this and I was skeptical at first but he spent more than ample time and detail on my couch that I expected. If you want something clean and done the right way definitely call these people!

Casey did an incredible job on our carpets. They were in rough shape, and I honestly didn’t expect them to come out looking as good as they did — but he made them look brand new. You could tell he really knew what he was doing and took the time to do it right.

What really impressed me was that he actually came back out to do an extra treatment, even though it looked great already. He didn’t have to — it wasn’t something we asked for — but he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of follow-up and care is rare.
