Casey and Dakota did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They thoroughly cleaned our carpet, taking extra time due to our black dog who sheds a lot! Service was effective and reasonably priced. Casey was able to get out the carpet stains that a housekeeping service and I could not. He adjusted his technique to be faster than planned, and then did some areas that I didn’t originally request because the additional square footage was within his job minimum. Casey was very polite, professional, & thorough & finished the job in a timely manner. He cleaned some dining room seat cushions that had stains on them & explained they may not come out but I decided to go ahead & give it a try. The cushions are still drying but are looking better.
