After our roof was replaced we had Clean Gutter Protection repair and replace damaged gutters. They were fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Jacob and his crew are awesome! There was some confusion on the install and I called the next day and he resolved it ASAP and had a crew out on Saturday to fix the issue. They followed up multiple times as well. Would 100% recommend them. Fair price awesome service.

Mark said he "came by" to give me an estimate, so I waited and waited, but never showed up an hour later I get an estimated quote on my phone from him. My question how you going to send me a estimate quote and never once come to my home. No one on one personal interaction. This is a fraud situation? No connect quote? If this is the way people of business then WOW don't do business with this company

When I called he answered almost immediately, he gave me a quote over the phone that was Very reasonable and was able to schedule the job in 3 days! He gave me a follow up text the day before to confirm our appointment. The crew showed up on time and did a great job! They were very professional and pleasant. Clean gutter did an amazing job putting up my new gutters. The quality of the gutters was outstanding. No seams and they even painted my facia and soffit. The salesman was right on with what I wanted also. Just a great company to work with. Costed less than the other companies that I got estimates from.

They threw mud from the gutters down on people's cars especially my mom's im not to happy at the moment considering they didn't clean up after them selves and left that stuff all over my mom's car

Most companies have no problem cutting corners & letting the customer know, ya don't like it, sounds like a blanking personal problem. They showed me how the roofers, years prior, measured things incorrectly, and they compensated to make my repairs look excellent and locked down securely. And also save me hundreds compared to two previous estimates.

I loved CGP professionalism when I reached out. I spoke to females each time I called, and they took messages. I understand that the men are out working hard, so they have hired hands to work the phones. Jacob reached out first and went over all my concerns and Frank followed up with a quote and did an outstanding job with communications. There was no pressure to accept the quote, and appreciated the time I needed to decide. All went as planned, the quote was in my price range after researching product and reviews. The installers arrived on time as scheduled and we are pleased with the install. Thank you all for your service.

On time, great work ethics, clean site after work and corrected MANY items that were done incorrectly by two other companies! Haven’t had a big rain yet to test it all but the hose test was 100% effective! Don’t bother with anyone else!

They came right away to provide a quote. Great pricing and they did a fantastic job. I had them attaché their gutter to my existing gutter system and everything color matched and it looks great. Very pleased.

I give Tyler and Ryan a one star rating only because there is no option for negative stars. I needed a one time cleaning and they were very nice at first. My pool was in dire need of a good clean due to other problems it had that were recently fixed. I sent pictures to Ryan it was green with debris in the bottom but not so green you couldn't see the bottom. Tyler came out. We had a conversation about the pool while he was cleaning there was No mention of a higher cost to clean in which I would have gladly paid. This morning even though the pool was blue cloudy it still had debris in places. I talked to Ryan and got a totally different demeanor where I was blamed for my pictures not being accurate and the pool would have been much more . So instead of telling me it would be more , I got berated and asked "what did I want to do now? Seriously?! It wasn't my fault that you didn't communicate cost but, it doesn't give you the right to leave my pool incomplete, flow in the pool Non Existent, and a filter that was so tightly put on I couldn't get it opened.

These guys are amazing. They diagnosed the problem with our Jandy system and had it up and running in a matter of minutes. I feel like I can trust them and believe that they are giving you the truth about your pool equipment. Hidden Gem Pools is now my go to company for my pool equipment.
