Ryan and Tyler are rockstars with pool maintenance and repairs. They go above and beyond and their service is much better than any other pool service I have ever used. I highly recommend this company if you need a pool service!

Ryan Stewart is superb in all regards, including knowledge of optimal management of pool and spas, water chemistry and equipment repair. He is a good communicator, very responsive and always pays attention to all details.

Their attention to personal service goes above and beyond. Helpful with every aspect of our system. And reasonably priced, which is a bonus.

Ryan and/or Tyler do a great job. Communicate everything and a really nice to deal with. I can not recommend then enough. The last company we had did less in a month than Hidden Gem does in a week.

Hidden Gems was dispatched to us by our pool builder to get the pool all set up. They have been doing a great job servicing the pool so far. They show up when they are supposed to, are friendly, and are providing quality service.

Fantastic company with a fantastic group of people that work for them. Always striving for perfection and doing everything they can to always insure the costumer is happy. Would recommend these guys to anyone that I know who I come across with a pool.

BE WARNED. The owner lied to me and told me his company did not replace my pools salt cell and spa light one month ago. I have an invoice and paid receipt that proves they did. I know it sounds crazy but I will talk to anyone who wants to hear before considering doing business with someone who flat out lies. I’ve been told I have a problem with the salt cell and he won’t even admit he sold it to me.

The Hidden Gem Pools team are the only people you need/want working on your pool and equipment. I have never had a problem that Ryan couldn’t figure out how to fix (always with cost effectiveness in mind!) and we have a lot of problems. These guys are simply top notch, fast, reliable and super hard working!

Although Hidden Gem Pools is a relatively new company, Tyler and Ryan have been involved in the care of my pool for many years. They do great work, are very knowledgeable and are super nice guys. When I was out of town recently and knew we had a lot of rain, I called them to check my water levels and make any adjustment. A part broke on my pump and they found a similar used part that they offered to put on without charge. They go above and beyond and we are grateful our pool is in such good hands!

Meet Ryan when he did some warranty work for Pentair at my home. He ended up replacing my spa light. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable within his industry! He ended up coming back a week later and replacing my check valve as well! Definitely will be calling him for any repairs in the future! 5-Star Salute!

I became a customer of Hidden Gems Pools a few months ago and must say how very happy I am with their weekly servicing of my pool. It’s never looked better! I was with a prior company for over 10 years and made the switch after giving that company multiple chances to improve. Hidden Gems stepped in and have been absolutely terrific since day 1. I highly recommend Hidden Gems! Tyler, Ryan and the team there are awesome.

Ryan and Tyler of Hidden Gem Pools are top-notch! Not only are these guys knowledgeable, but they enjoy sharing that knowledge with you and they explain things in an easy manner. To top it off, they are both super nice guys. Hidden Gem was contracted out by our pool builder Agua Pools to do our pool start-up. For the first 30 days, Ryan and Tyler brushed, cleaned, tested, and added appropriate chemicals to make our pool sparkling clean. But the extra amazing thing was they also went above and beyond in fixing the pipe flow (by the pool equipment) and adjusting placement of actuators so that our pool with sheerfalls, therapy jets and bubbler, would work as we had expected and designed. Ryan was knowledgeable in plumbing at the pool equipment but was also in communication with us and our pool builder through the adjustments to dial it all in. Ryan helped us get started with the app for automation and spent quality time doing "pool school". We only wish they serviced our area so we could continue using them for our pool maintenance service. We will miss them. If they service your area, look no further...these are THE guys.

Tyler and Ryan have been amazing in helping me get my first pool set up correctly! I purchased a house with an older pool that was green and still had a sand filter. They got the sand filter replaced with a modern day cartridge style filter, got every bit of debris cleaned from the pool and got our pool water the perfect color and PH within a week or two!

After the initial visits to get my pool modernized and under control I have been apart of their weekly service and I could not be happier! The professionalism and level of care is exceptional!! Thomas is typically the one who comes for my pool cleaning and we look forward to seeing him every week! He is always happy and smiling and has the answers for any questions I might have about my pool!
