Jeremy and The Pool Troopers are outstanding, fast on time and can repair anything. I highly recommend

This company does not understand the importance of customer service and will waste your time while your pool sits broken. First, they forgot to call me back to setup my appointment. I had to call back after a week. Second, they gave me a 9am-3pm window, but never showed up. Apparently my time is of little concern for them because then they told me they'd have someone out another day sometime between 9am and 3pm. After asking for a more specific time, their secretary had the nerve to tell me "you can go find another pool company if you want." I assume the pool business must be so good in Jacksonville that Portofino can treat their customers like this and afford to lose their business. If you are a potential customer and are reading this, I hope you don't end up wasting 3 weeks with Portofino and get treated the way I did.

I witness a technician for the Pool Troopers going way, way above the call of duty cleaning the Pool at One Ocean Resort in Atlantic Beach last Friday.
His name was Tay I believe and I was very impressed with his work ethic to go the extra mile to clean that pool for his company’s client.

I complained about the guy who was supposed to clean my pool but did nothing & wanted to educate me on how I can open & clean my own filters. The young man did a good job. I’m pleased with him. But I’m having a problem with a leak coming from the Motor. It’s wet on top and the ground is wet.i tried putting water in the pool because I was hearing noise from the Throat Two hours later and no change to the water level.

Did a great job, pool really appreciates it. Would highly recommend to anyone....

Patrick saved the day today!! He is knowledgeable and was able to calm me down after much equipment failure. I'm grateful and hope :pool troopers: know how valuable he is to them.

Everything has been great. The tech always services my pool on the scheduled day. He lets me know how the pool is doing and gives tips on maintaining when I ask. We will be enjoying our pool for the summer.

Atrocious customer service. I paid every month auto pay. They tried to send something over to collections instead of contacting me and there manager has been completely unresponsive. Not to mention the service was very average for the amount charged. Be very cautious hiring this company. Tried to charge me for a full month of service instead of the week they actually did.

Not off to a good start signed up last week. They said that they would start that day and be back on Friday. They didn’t do much that day. I told him I would fix the timer as they recommended more hours for pump to run when I came back to the house the pool person was messing with the pool pump and change the timer. They were supposed to come back Friday to do the cleaning never showed up never called, we called them said they were running late never showed up never called not happy.
