Excellent company, very professional. A technician named Tim came to our property, provided us with a fair price, and started the job right away. The work was completed perfectly, and everything was done to a very high standard. They removed the old tree completely, including the stump and roots. The project was completed in St. Johns, Jacksonville.

No regard for other people on the road tree debris everywhere

Took my neighbors money upfront, long behold didn't finish job and then tried to demand more money because they need a cherry picker! Do not do buisness with this company! SCAMMERS!

No respect for adjacent property. They cut down a tree that was too tall (should have topped it out further) and when it fell it severely damaged a tree on my property. No regard, no apologies, no information. Poor judgement and risky practices. Definitely avoid.

Used this company a few times needing stuff cleared out to access/do upper level Awnings on buildings covered with branches.

Get what you pay for. Didn’t have the right stump grinder for the job so my stumps still stick out of the ground just ground down. Took two days instead of half of a day because their machinery didn’t work or they didn’t have fuel. I let them borrow my 5 gallon gas can and I called and texted lord knows how many times and I guess they decided they get to keep it. He even tried to guilt trip me because I had regular fuel in it and he had to use that on his equipment.

April 2020 Started removing the tree immediately. Did raking, picking up branches, and removed all but the stump and 3 large pieces. Took couple of weeks to come back, grind stump, and cut large trunk into 3 large pieces, saying they would pick it up next day or so. Never did make it back, or return message or calls. My advice--don't pay until job TOTALLY complete! They started well, but failed to complete.

They came out and cut a Huge birch tree in my backyard that was half dying. Zach and Jeff were extremely polite and respectful. I would recommend. They had equipment issues the first day and since it was so late i told them to come back the next day. Which they did. They were a little bit late, but zach came to the door and apologized and explained the situation. Which i respect that. It was sunday afterall so no harm no foul. They were very affordable, didnt feel like i was being ripped off. (Considering im a girl) I will definitely be using them again for future tree trimming.

My neighbor used this company to remove a tree. A branch fell through the roof of my shed on my property. I have reached out many times to them. They finally drop the shed off, still in the box and refuse to come fix it. Do not use they will not take care of damages to your property or neighbors. Plus my neighbor filled a insurance claim to make sure it got taken care of.

This company took advantage of my senior citizen grandparents! I wish I could leave 0 stars for a review. Buyer beware!!! My grandparents paid for an oak tree to be removed in their front yard, this also included the stump being removed. Not only did they originally not remove the stump, but they also left 3-4 LARGE roots in my grandparents yard. They did come back and took part of the stump out, however they left the base of the stump and the roots. I called and left a message on their behalf to ask the company if we could schedule a time to have them come back out and remove the rest of the stump and the roots, however when the owner Robert called me back and I explained the situation to him he proceeded to hang the phone up on me and blocked me from being able to call back. I left a message requesting this to be fixed and 4 days later there has still been no attempt to call me back. Sickens me that companies like this exist and take advantage of older ones. The roots in their yard are a hazard to them. We are having a trustworthy company come out and remove them since this company obviously can't be bothered to do they work they were paid for.

Proline Tree Experts came out to remove trees from my neighbors on both sides of me. They are both extremely satisfied! Ricky, Zachary, Carl, Eddie and the other gentleman (I was unable to get their names) were so professional. I'm impressed at the work that was done. If anyone inquires about tree removal, this is the company that I will recommend. Thank you gentlemen for being so kind and awesome!
