It was a big mistake hiring the company PROLINE TREE EXPERTS/SERVICE for the tree topping (two branches) in my backyard. Inspite of asking them to give me an estimate in person after seeing the tree and the location, they asked me to send some pictures and gave me an estimate. Had problem scheduling the job with them. They don't respond properly and only do when they feel like. You would have to wait for their response to schedule the appointment or get an answer from them. I went with them only because I did not want any heavy equipments/lifts run through my lawn and damage it. These folks were the only one who did old school, climbing the tree and cutting the branches. These guys were late by 2.5 hours for the appointment and didn't even have a courtesy to call and let me know. Inspite of warning them to be careful with the fence around the tree in my backyard, they neglected it and broke the fence. While cutting a particular branch, I told them to be very careful about not damaging the fence as it was very obvious the way they were handling it. A 5 year old could have judged it but these guys failed and broke my fence. All this happened last Saturday evening (12/12/2020). I refused to pay them unless they fix the fence but the main guy Zachery Paradiso kept arguing about paying his crew and said i need to pay them and he would get it fixed latest by Monday morning (12/14/2020). I emailed them the link to the fence panel in lowes and I have been calling them everyday since monday 12/14. Everyday they respond saying they are going to fix it by end of the day but never show up. They don't even call you back. But i must say they answered the call every time after this incident and also were polite during their job.

When I refused to pay their main guy Zachery Paradiso, he kept on bragging about how he has been in the business for long and he keeps this word and he promises to fix everything the following Monday and how i can trust him.

I was being patient with them all this time and held off on posting this review. For anyone hiring them just know that they are not very professional, they don't respect your time, they don't keep their word and my 2 cents in case something goes wrong, DO NO PAY THESE GUYS as you might not see them again. Do not trust their word and don't pay them unless they fix it. I highly doubt if they even carry an insurance. I had asked the guy before the job to give me a copy of their insurance and he said he'll call their insurance company and get me a copy which never happened.

Now I have to hire someone to get my fence replaced. Just be very careful with this company - PROLINE TREE EXPERTS/SERVICE.

Carl, Jay, Zach, Rick and Eddie did an excellent job. Not only trimming the branches back to the trunk as requested, they also cut some of the branches that obstructed our view and made sure they racked the twigs and leaves from the lawn. Days after they left, we are appreciating their work. More importantly, reasonable price.

Highly recommend! Personally, we had a great experience from start to finish with the entire crew. They showed up on-time, gave a great price, entire crew went above & beyond. We had two trees removed (1 HUGE) and the stumps ground down. So impressed with their professional skill set removing extra large extremely heavy limbs that were over over house and next to our roof line. They also thinned out some other trees on our property. Extremely happy we selected this company. They bid the same day I called and started work right away. Don't hesitate to call these guys. I'm not sure what all the other reviewers were talking about. Their Google rating is not consistent with our experience. We gave them 5 stars for being top notch all the way!

They were great! Such friendly hard-working young men. Couldn't have done a better job. They went above and beyond and work so hard to get everything done in such a short amount of time! Definitely recommend and we'll be calling back if ever needed again

The guys work very hard on my location but the communication sucks . Never on time don’t have the correct equipment to do the job. Tore up my front yard and back it destroyed from there bobcat . Going to cost more to repair my yard then it take down the tree 3 day job turned into 1 week due to leak of skill of supervisor on the job always hanging out in his work truck . Not good for business and the well being of a home owner to watch them just do stuff unsafe . Rating out of 1 out of 10 they get a maybe 3.5 Owner of this franchise should find another line of work Not good for customers to have these people take a tree down . When ask questions they say one thing and don’t follow up what they tell you . Poor management
