Mercedes was absolutely amazing in the phone and so professional. I had a family emergency and was able to get a cleaning from them. But I still want to give 5 stars because Mercedes made the process feel effortless when setting up an appointment and was so passionate and understanding when I had to cancel. I definitely recommend!

Had a deep cleaning done on my apartment and it was great!! Very happy with the service and booking process, very easy and fast. Caressa is an amazing cleaner and I would recommend! The place was spotless. Going to be doing a monthly cleaning from now on after how great our first experience was!

Josh has been incredible to work with. He understood what we needed and worked us into his schedule without hesitation. Megan cleaned my house top to bottom and did a fantastic job. It was well worth the money. My places is cleaner than when I first moved in. I will 100% be using this cleaning service again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a similar service.

Serena was assigned to my property and she went above and beyond my expectations! She was very thorough and took her time. She even got rid of hard water stains in the toilets and shower that I was previously unable to remove with every product on the market. Very impressed and highly recommend this company. Also Mercedes is the office is great and customer service is 5 stars!

I needed a move-out/move-in clean, and Mercedes was super helpful and friendly, got both services set up exactly when I needed them, and also checked in after the cleanings were done. Rachel did both services, and she was awesome! She was professional, prompt, and did such a great job at both places. I would go with Fresh Look again if I need one-time or ongoing services!

Katlin was our awesome cleaning lady (not the TV cleaning lady) She worked over and above what the contract called for. This company was easy to deal with. Katlin never stopped for lunch and ate while she work. Only one brake in over 6 hrs. Yesterday and today was the 1st time inover 2 yrs I was not sneezing. The wife and I are over the hill for bending and climbing ladder 🪜. She cleaned the tops of our cabinets, cabnet doors, all dores in house and counter tops, base boards and walls. Dusted all things on and off the walls, windows and frames, sills and blinds, rugs and floors plus a lot more I didn't list. We were planning on refinishing our full bathroom thinking the porcelain was coming off. Katlin got that tub and tile sparkling and saved us over 5 or more grand.we have a 3 bed rm 1.5 baths, kitchen and living rm 1000 qt . I have already scheduled a 90 day cleaning whole house and requested Katlin.

Extremely professional from beginning to end. Josh the owner was great to work with. A true honest gentleman. They were great about sending the confirmation of date and time of our cleaning, and a detailed description of the rooms to be cleaned with our cost.

Caressa took it as her personal mission to make sure our townhome looked as good as it did when it was new, and she delivered.

Highly recommend this company. The deep clean took the entire day, but Serena left no surface untouched. Extremely meticulous and detailed. Our home feels so much better. Serena was quite personable, providing explanations for everything she found. We immediately scheduled our 2- week service. We are very satisfied with her.

As someone who keeps a neat living space, I was skeptical about hiring a cleaning service. Would they clean all the little areas I'd get to? Would they be efficient with time to ensure I'm not inconvenienced? Would the communications be clear when explaining what I wanted? So with a skeptical eye, I hired Fresh Look Home Cleaning for an initial cleaning. Bethany showed up on time and understood exactly what I was looking for. And for the next few hours she cleaned our home better than I ever have. Baseboards, shelves, bathrooms, trouble areas on the tile floor - all spotless. Granted, I have only used this company once - but my intention is to continue using them going forward. They've won over this skeptic.

Caressa was absolutely amazing! She did a thorough deep clean of our apartment and it genuinely looks better than it did when we moved in. For a place inhabiting three cats and lots of fur everywhere, you’d never know we had any with how well she did. 10/10 would recommend her, and she will be the only one we ever use moving forward!

Tori did a pre-cleaning walk through, and noted the items that I wanted her to focus on. She was incredibly thorough, and went above and beyond my expectations.
