I can't say how life-changing it is to have Katlin as a part of our family team! Not only has the house never sparkled so much, but her sunny personality just amplifies the shine in here after her visit. Katlin is so impressive in that she takes such PRIDE in her work! Fresh Look is exceptional. Serena did the best work I have ever encountered. Every single cleaning task was completed in a stellar fashion. I highly recommend this company and their talented and diligent staff.

I’m leaving this review almost 2 months after I had a home cleaned for rental move out. I was going to leave it sooner, but when I tried I had to reset my google password and well, you know how that goes. Mercedes was great! So great that I’m thinking about it now this many months later and said to myself, “I’ve got to go back and leave her a good review!”. Customer service is so easy to do, yet so hard to come by these days. It’s truly becoming a lost skill. Not here though! Not with Mercedes. BEST customer service I’ve encountered in a LONG time. Before, during, and after the cleaning—the communication was impeccable. Thank you for helping me out and keep up the amazing work! For anyone reading this, they cleaned a 3500 sq ft home, oven cleaned, fridge cleaned, etc. did an amazing job for a price better than anyone else I was quoted from. Thanks again! Mercedes deserves a raise.

Bethany was amazing! We used the service for 3 months (7 cleanings) and it was perfect every time. Unfortunately we moved out of the area which means we had to stop the service. I wish we could find someone like her for our new home!

We had an amazing experience with Fresh Look Home Cleaning, and we can’t say enough good things about Clay! After juggling multiple home renovation projects, full-time work, and the demands of a new baby, keeping up with housework felt overwhelming. I wanted a fresh start to make life feel a little more manageable, and Clay delivered exactly that.

She arrived on time, walked us through everything she planned to do, and got right to work. When she was done, our home looked, felt, and smelled the cleanest it’s ever been! Such an amazing job. I believe the employee was named Courtney. She showed up on time and I believe worked straight through for 9 hours. Everything was so clean and it left my partner and I feeling like we had our home back! Will do again.

It was my first time using this service and Ruth did a great job and most of all I appreciated how she cleaned out what felt like 10 lbs of dust. She cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, fans, vents, tub, counters, and also dusted, swept, and mopped. My home looks pristine. Her hard effort definitely made a tremendous difference and I’m quite appreciative. Lena also helps me with my last-minute reservations and makes accommodations for the cleaner with less than a day's notice. The entire transaction went smoothly from beginning to end!

Bethany is thorough. At times I have moved around the house and observed her dusting things like windows and trim etc. I can tell surfaces have been cleaned when she leaves. She is approachable and friendly. I hope she continues

Did the deep clean option because I wasn’t sure which level I needed, having never had my home professionally cleaned in the 5 years since I’ve bought it. Absolutely love the place now! Things sparkle now, when I wasn’t sure they could. It was a bit pricey, however Caressa stayed for 8.5 hours to ensure everything was completed!

If you are like me and overwhelmed by the prospect of deep cleaning your entire house, and just looking for a reset to get it sparkling, I can’t recommend the deep cleaning from them enough.
