Action Home Pro Carpet and Tile Cleaning has been servicing our floors for 13 years. We have them clean our carpets twice a year and they do an awesome job. A few years ago we had them steam clean the grout in all our tile floors and they still look as good as new. About 4 years ago, we had a plumbing issue, and we called Action Home Pro to do a water removal from our floors. They came out and started working right away even though it was late at night. Frank Santagato did a remarkable job of saving my floors. He handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. He is professional and personable as well as extremely reliable and honest. I would highly recommend calling Action Home Pro for all your floor care needs.

Just had Action Home Pro clean all of our carpets and the tile floor in our kitchen/laundry room too. Frank arrived just as scheduled, was friendly, explained exactly what he was going to do, and was done before you knew it.

Terrible the way they answer the phone not professional very rude when I call i asked if they are hiring they dont say anything then the lady says what .and the other time I called to see if they were hiring they were very nasty on the phone very rude

This is how she speaks of clients! she list her price at 130 and then shows up to your home for a pre-inspection and then tells you at the end of the visit that the cleaning will be $250 then she rushes you to book same-day jumping the price more than $100 and then when you try to cancel same day will charge you 50%

First Maid does an excellent job! Great customer service.

I was especially happy with my house cleaning this week. The service is always great, but a new person named Claudia cleaned my house this week, and she did a wonderful and very thorough job.
