They come over on a recurring basis (once a month), and Claudia on her team is always punctual and thorough. If you're working from home, it's especially nice to have someone come in once a month (or even more) so everything stays nice. I can't tell you how happy I am when they're done and I have a sparkling clean house!

I can’t rate First Maid high enough! I’d give 10 stars if I could. They are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I’ve been cleaning my whole life but have never made anything shine like they do! I’m a working mom with a small child and a husband who’s out of country for work. Bringing someone into your home; especially in these uncertain times, can bring a certain level of anxiety. It's your home, your safe space. I found myself in an unexpected and time sensitive situation in which my home was going to be on display. Talk about anxiety..... First Maid was cognizant of my debacle and whisked in relieving me of the concern with preparing my home. Claudia arrived timely, armed with supplies and ready to jump right in. She was respectful of my time, attentive to my concerns and what was important to me, mindful of my need to work during her visit and the job?!?! Where do I start,.....she cleaned areas I hadn't even considered or realized needed attention, every inch was left sparkling as if it were a brand new home. First Maid freed me of crucial time allowing me to focus on and prepare for my function. Having a dependable, reliable, safety conscientious team (First Maid took all Covid precautions for myself as well as their team) on your side can make all the difference. First Maid is now my go-to for taking care of my home that I am highly recommending to friends, family and you!

We own a beachfront condo. First Maid was recommended to us. They have done a fabulous job with helping us keep it clean and organized . They are extremely trustworthy. Because of First Maid my husband and l know that our guest will arrive to a clean condo. I would definitely recommend First Maid to homeowners and rental property owners.

First Maid offers wonderful service. Claudia and her crew are through, efficient, timely, cheerful, courteous, lovely people. They see things that need doing before I do which is amazing. I had the first clean from Leide and Luciano and am very satisfied. They were very attentive to detail and did an excellent job throughout the house. They were honest and professional, and made sure to focus on the bathrooms, faucets, and light fixtures, which were my top priorities.
The entire process was smooth from start to finish -from the initial walk-through and quote to the first clean. Communication was clear, expectations were well understood, and the quality of work reflected that. Everything was left spotless and well cared for. It’s been a great experience overall!
