Scheduling this service was so easy. Fast courteous service at a great price. Received a call from them about 15 minutes prior to arrival for gutter cleaning. Met with me before starting and again when finished. They politely answered a few questions I had and left a clear trash bag by the mailbox with the debris they removed. Very happy and will have them return again.

I have to pleasure of inviting Casey of First Coast Handyman into my home he was very pleasant, patient and respectful. Casey had overwhelming skillfully in his craft, he fixed all my issues in my home in a timely matter with 30 minutes to spare. I look forward working with Mr Casey again!!!

Carter and Bryan with First Coast Home Pro did an excellent job cleaning our windows!! They went far beyond expected and what other window cleaners had offered me before, like getting behind difficult shutters and making our dirty garage windows and sills sparkling clean again!! They even moved a heavy tool bench to get to the last window. I will definitely use First Coast Home Pro again and ask for Carter and Bryan, next time.

First Coast Never disappoints! Great prices but more importantly GREAT service. Today Kyle and Elliott washed windows and screens AND pressure washed stains from my travertine porch. This company is the real deal.

Casey did a great job in replacing several outdoor fan vent covers pretty high up, using a ladder.
Our old vent covers were disintegrating.
Casey cleaned the old ones up first, then installed the new ones.
He has a good attitude and was polite.
The new fan vent covers look great. Would recommend and use again.

The crew that did our house and drive / sidewalk cleaning was very professional and detailed oriented. Everything looks great and they took the extra time to make sure all the excess water at the end of our driveway was moved away as it tends to settle there. Highly recommend. They covered our patio furniture and put everything back when done

Fantastic job in every respect. I've had two fairly bad experiences with pressure washing. On both occasions I had electrical issues and even had to replace a light fitting. This crew could not have been more opposite. Showed up on time, explained everything, did a great job and performed professionally through the process. Job included power washing lanai mesh, pavers, re-sand and seal. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The guys were Curtis and professional. The work was completed on time and the results looked great. Washed my front porch and driveway, cleaned the roof, washed the windows, and cleaned the gutters. I recommend these folks.

Crew was professional, friendly and took great care in neutralizing the chemicals, protecting all my newly planted landscaping. I would highly recommend this company to have both your roof and dryer vents cleaned.

Weston & Matt did an excellent job rescreening our pool enclosure! They communicated thoroughly, so we always knew what time they were arriving/leaving and where they were with the process. They were efficient, but also took the time to make sure the job was done properly. We would highly recommend them! :)

First coast home pros came out to repair my screen doors today for $80/door. Weston and Briaim came out this morning, they quickly and professionally replaced my screens. Great and efficient work.

First Coast Home Pros was doing some work at my neighbors home. I walked over and met Matt and employee for First Coast Home Pros. Asked Matt how much it would cost to get my driveway pressure washed. He gave me a quote and was able to knock it put same afternoon. Driveway looks incredible! 10/10 recommend and their employee Matt was fantastic as well!
