Weston did a great job at the screen repair. He was professional, timely and effective. He communicated very well regarding his arrival time and cleaned up all materials after completing the job. I’ve used FCHP for many projects in the past and will continue to use them going forward. They are clear in their communication and expectations, their prices are reasonable, and they do a great job.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the window cleaning staff. They arrived on time, were courteous and friendly. Most importantly, they worked efficiently. The windows themselves were sparkling and crystal clear, which made an immediate difference in the look of our in the woods rental home. 🤣 The window seals/sills & screens didn’t quite reach the same level of brilliance. It seemed they could’ve benefited from a wetter solution to truly lift the buildup. Moving forward, maybe scheduling cleaning more often within a twelve month period would help. (As they did recommend).
Overall, a strong service with just a bit of room to elevate from great to exceptional.

Jay and his team cleaned about 20 light fixtures and chandeliers for us. They took them apart, cleaned the crystals and bulbs, and left them sparkling. They are professional, courteous and clean. Highly recommend.

I had reached out to First Coast Home Pros for an estimate for pressure washing my driveway and back patio. Kirk came over to my house the very next day to take a look and give me an estimate. I thought the price estimate was fair for the size of my driveway. Then Kyle and Elliott did the pressure washing. Everyone from First Coast Home Pros was polite, punctual, and professional. The driveway looks incredible! I'm very happy with the work that they did and I will definitely be hiring their services again in the future.

First Coast Home Pros was very quick to respond to my initial message, and they had someone out for an estimate right away. Jody and Crystal came to do a total reset on our house. They went above and beyond, cleaning things I was not expecting. And both were great with our two dogs (who can get a little wound up with new people). Highly recommend.

Very professionally run company. Kirk came out and gave us an estimate and explained in detail how they were going to clean our roof in a three step process. When two men showed up to start the work, they draped covers over the bushes and did a thorough job of cleaning our roof and restoring te shingles to new again. They provided great service cleaned everything and left the house smelling squeaky clean. They don’t move big furniture such as couches and what not but that was not expected. Few small things were missed but the appliances floors and bathrooms were beautiful. For the price it’s a 5 star quality service.
