I just want to say I have a lot of respect for this company. I had an issue, reported it to them and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As I manage people I understand what customer service looks like and they really exceeeded my expectations. Above and beyond is what they did and I will definitely recommend and use them again.

The Maidpro team that cleans our house has been excellent. Mariela and Nuria are very nice and always leave our home sparkling clean. They are calm about our over-friendly dog too. Maidpro gives us reminders about the schedule and are flexible with a change if we give them some notice. Life is much better with Maidpro.

Nicole & Vanessa are the most professional, sweet efficient cleaners, they leave the home spotless, and good energy vibes☯️. This Maidpro process is seamless they are all amazing, so grateful 💫

Unfortunately I seem to have the only bad experience with this company, they threw away tools, paint, personal mail(not ad flyers), and porch screen. Be specific with them, the common sense not to throw away important objects isn’t there. The owner who replied is incorrect about the heads up procedure on whether or not they were throwing away anything they saw, or mail being wet and in the way, I have pictures of everything

We’ve used them several times and Maidpro has consistently gone above expectations. Admittedly our house is quite dirty. They always leave it looking amazing. Girls that have come to clean have been kind and professional. We will continue to use them over and over. This past clean, Gloria and Jessica did a fantastic job

Tarsha was wonderful. She has a warm and friendly disposition and she quickly cleaned and freshened our home. We are very pleased with the results. There were some ups and downs since starting this service with Maid Pro in December 2022; however, the scheduling supervisor arranged for me to have my preferred monthly cleaning team consistently. This team, Rachel and Nuria, know how to get deep cleaning done each month, as I would do it myself. My home has high-end furnishings, about which I am particular in terms of care and cleaning. Moreover, I am able to perform, myself, weekly cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, as well as vacuuming of new natural flooring and area rugs. This team takes care of cleaning under furniture, seat cushions, area rugs, and polishing floor to ceiling marble bathrooms, as well as dusting wooden window blinds. At the end of each monthly service by Rachel & Nuria, it is obvious to me that my home is not just superficially cleaned, but deeply cleaned.

Using MaidPro was an extraordinary experience. From start to finish they were professional, thorough, and my house has never looked better! This was an exit cleaning as we are selling the house, and have already moved out. Seeing the house clean and ready for a new family was so amazing. I am very happy with maid-pro's response to issues and concerns. They have a friendly and caring staff. My service providers Nuria and Mariela have done a great job and I recommend them to you (As long as they don't leave my scheduled time lol). All in all its a company worth working with.

Called them and had to book last minute move-out clean service. They were able to accommodate short notice and the ladies did an outstanding job. The home looked better than when I moved in. Definitely recommend using their service. Reasonably priced and on time!

The girls did an amazing job, they cleaned a refrigerator that we thought we might have to throw out because it was beyond dirty, when they finished it looked like new! They did a great job on everything they cleaned. Would hire them again in a second! Don’t hesitate to hire this company!!! Thank you!

The owner is a great guy and his crews do fantastic work. I had to cancel my service because we decided to build a pool and I couldn't afford it, but we had a great experience! Price is a good value for what they provide!

**UPDATE*** This company just LIED in their response stating things that are completely untrue. They refuse to communicate further with me. Please be warned that this company will make up lies to defend themselves for trying to charge DOUBLE what they quote you. They also stated they would remove their response to this review and still have not so I'm reposting to remove their lies.***
I used this company for a while and was very happy with them but after a while, they started calling me every single clean to ask me to double my charge because they needed more time then they originally quoted, which was odd because they’ve cleaned my house several times, so don’t they know how long it takes? I agreed to it the first couple of times, as my house was kind of messy and maybe it needed more time …but the last time my house was perfectly staged and ready for a showing, and all that needed was a little touchup clean and they tried to double my bill again. They sent me pictures to “justify” the bill. One picture they had pulled out my slippers from under the bed, put them in different directions, knocked over the trashcan and had their vacuum cleaner and the picture as well to show how messy my house was lol it was comical, but also infuriating. I refused to pay the bill more than the quote that I was originally provided, and I will not be using them again.
