My two ladies are Rachel and nuri.
These two ladies I appreciate very much.
They help me to keep my home looking Beautiful and Clean. They arrive on time, They always speak and are very friendly.
Knowing what to do, both j u st start doing what is needed. I really like that in them. Rachel and Nuri are a great team because each knows what to do to make me happy in cleaning my home.
These two young ladies are a keeper for the company

I was very please for the deep cleaning in my house. Coming home smelling so nice and fresh. Especially my window shades . WOW super clean. They also cleaned the base board nice and white , especially taking out the trash. Thank you Yamile and Catalina for doing a great job on my house. Looking forward for my next cleaning. Thank you again

The one star is for invoices being sent out. I just moved in to a property that was allegedly cleaned by them, if it were, I'm the next President of the USA. Not. How can one say they cleaned for a move out, yet there is trash on the counter, dust and dirt of the floors, forget about anything being mopped, dead roach and hair in the tub, someone's old dirty shower curtain remaining?? Oh, I'm supposed to use that?? Uncleaned windows, upswept patio and list goes on. What, did you just drive over there, and sit down and talk the whole time? There clearly is no way you lifted a finger to clean.
Take it from someone who owned a cleaning business, DO NOT USE THEM. Unless you sit there and watch. Invoices are being sent out for jobs not being done. An absolute disgrace. I wish I had taken pictures, but no need, there is no way I'd slander a business' unless, I was a true victim..yes victim.

I am very pleased with the team that did my move out clean! They came a couple days earlier than expected and it was great I was able to turn back my keys to my apartment early and not be charged extra days! They left the place looking brand new, it smelled clean, and was thoroughly clean from the Oven, Fridge, Microwave to the fans and floors. I’m very pleased and I will definitely use them again in the future.

The team brought lots of cleaning tools & special products. They completed a checklist of duties and were both efficient and pro-fessional. Our condo was cleaned, re-arranged (somewhat) and smelled great. MaidPro professionals do great work and we really appreciate and look forward to our service each month.

Steph and Carlos cleaned my home a few weeks back. I apologize for the late review, but I personally want to thank them for the lovely efforts MD attention to small detail. I was in the mountains and when I got home, it felt so very welcoming. May this review find you both, and I hope you gave a merry Christmas and happy new year.

This review does not reflect the service I received from a manager, Tania. She was professional, responsive and kind. MaidPro was hired for a move-out clean on a 3/2.5 townhouse. After the approved additional time I paid $325 + a generous tip. When I was able to return back to Jacksonville, I immediately noticed that the tile and hardwood floors were left very dirty where a large couch was and also the dog feeding area. A re-clean was done within 24 hours. I returned again and found the floors still gross, kitchen sink left on, lights left on, bathroom vent running and a window unlocked. They also did damage to the tile from pulling out the stove and fridge. I’d be requesting money back if they hadn’t done a thorough job elsewhere. I just can’t understand why hours would be spent cleaning behind a washing machine and not mopping floors. We’re not talking hard grime here - I cleaned it with some paper towels, dish soap and elbow grease in 15 min. Never paying for someone else to clean ever again.

We had an excellent experience with a team of ladies- Desire, Saidelin, & Meibimar- cleaning our recently renovated home before moving in last week. It was very dusty/dirty & these ladies were very thorough & efficient workers! We are now going to use Maidpro for routine house cleaning…

Pros: Great customer service - we were unhappy with our move-in "deep" clean and they were extremely responsive and sent a "supervisor" out next day to redo the areas we weren't happy with. This is excellent service.

Cons: They still didn't get it right. If you're looking for a deep clean, this isn't it. We were looking for a deep move-in clean on our house which is 20 years old. It wasn't disgusting but it needed a deep clean. It's clear that the cleaners they send to not work from the marketing checklist that you're given up front. They did not have a ladder to reach cabinets and taller fixtures, they didn't even have or use a vacuum. They barely got down on hands and knees and missed huge sections of the house that were covered with dust and grime. The supervisor that came back addressed some of the areas, but still missed large sections that we pointed out to her. Maybe our expectations are just too high..

I eventually spent about 2 days by myself just redoing the baseboards, fans, cabinets and common areas they did not clean. I would not consider them for a regular cleaning and certainly not a deep clean. Not sure I got my $400+ worth of cleaning even with the extra visit. We are still looking for a regular service that can clean to our liking.

Marimar and Atenas are always so friendly and they do an amazing job cleaning! Will definitely have them come back 👍

Arenas and Marimar are great! Our house is cleaned biweekly and it always looks fabulous. Also love their 49 pt checklist they leave at the end of the cleaning.

Stephanie and Carlos were amazing. They were friendly, worked really well together and my house looks great. If you want wonderful service and a job well done, you won’t go wrong with MaidPro, that’s for sure.

I just had my first cleaning today with this company and had the pleasure of Nelsi and Amber Cleaning my home. These very professional, kind and beautiful ladies did a fantastic job, cleaned every nook and cranny and have me looking forward to continued business with them.

When I first contacted Maidpro, it was so nice to speak with an actual person, (Eduardo), who was so professional and friendly. Setting up service was easy. The price is reasonable; I definitely received great value for the price.
Diana and Martina are a great team and did a fabulous job! I was particularly pleased with my floors. I could walk on them in white socks all day and my socks stayed white. I couldn't be happier.
