We made an appt for 3pm yesterday over a week ago but the ladies did not arrive until 3:55pm. I texted the owner Gaby at 3:05pm asking her for an ETA and she said 3:45pm. At 3:40pm she texted my bf and I saying she was 5mins away, however; she NEVER arrived and just sent 2 of her ladies instead. The 2 ladies did an amazing job BUT asked my bf for paper towel and trash bags. Although his house was properly cleaned, the fact that they were an hour late and did not have the proper items to do their job was unacceptable. He was not given heads up that they would be late nor did she apologize for it either. No customer service whatsoever. I truly feel for the amount he paid (over $300 for a 4/3 house) we could’ve just asked family to help out.

Thank you for apologizing for not telling us you guys would be 45mins late. You waited for me to text you at 3:05pm to let us know of the tardiness.
Also, no explanation as to why you told us you ALSO were 5mins late from the house, however; you never showed up. You also did not even bother to give us heads up you would need my bf to provide the last paper towel and trash bags he had since he had just moved into the house and had not done any groceries/supplies purchases. You were pretty quick at texting him to provide payment though. Btw, we realized yesterday the bottom part of the cabinets had not being cleaned at all. I lowered this to 1-star review. I think some type of refund back to his credit card would be nice. I am demanding at least $120 are refunded to him since this was not the service we were expecting . I will remove this review once the refund is processed.

Gabi was able to schedule a deep cleaning for my home on short notice. The team did a wonderful job, getting all the little things - light fixtures and switches, top of the refrigerator, etc. Thank you
