Super friendly and helpful staff, great plants, and yard decor.

Nice store and friendly staff to service you .I was looking for a special soil for bonsai trees which they dont carry .Many nursery and garden stores dont carry it because not as many bonsai growers out there .I do recomed visiting them for your garden and landscape plant needs.

I love this garden store! There are always friendly, knowledgeable people who are willing to help you. The plants look healthier than at the big box stores.

Today was my first time going to this nursery. They had a good variety of plants you won’t find at a regular store. I purchased 2 plants from them.

What a great place! The entrance is inviting but I couldn't believe all of the planting materials they have in the back. The employees were extremely helpful. We will return for sure.

Best place in JAX to find what you want. Went in to find some plants to ward off this mosquito infestation that Florida has and got everything I was looking for, and more. Never again will I go to a blue or orange "garden center". Shout out to Tim for answering all my questions.

Items are incredibly overpriced. Most of the plants, specifically trees and shrubs, are only tagged with the MSRP. It's rare that any consumer should need to pay the suggested retail with no markdown at all. They're positioned locally near an affluent area of town so I suppose the old adage is true, ... if you have to ask the price you can't afford it.

I love shopping local and have been to Phil's several times. Both times I was frustrated that nothing had prices. When I went to pay this last time to get a small christmas tree, I was horrified when they said it would be $53 (for a 2-3ft tree) and I was too embarrassed to change my mind. It wasn't until I got in the car and confirmed with a friend who'd also purchased a small tree there (and was also too embarrassed to say anything) that I realized I should have just walked out instead of paying the money. Had the tree been priced with a price tag of a sign, I would not have purchased the tree.

Helpful and knowledgeable plant experts! They will take the time to help me pick out the right plants, based on our needs! They will deliver for me, and if I need them to, they’ll professionally put it in the ground!! I may never plant my own tree again!

Very friendly and helpful people. Plants looked great and are better quality than Home Depot or Lowe’s. Some are even priced cheaper too.

Great selection of plants and planting supplies. The best thing is that you can get knowledgeable advice about what to plant, where, and when.

My wife and I felt like we were bothering the lady at the counter. She had her face in her phone most of the time. Also, my wife was very upset when they were going to charge us FULL price for a bag that was opened. They were out of stock and she said, Oh I found a bag but it is open. It does not look like much is taken out. The price was ridiculous to begin with but then when she said she was going to charge us the FULL price WHEN THE BAG WAS OPEN my wife just could not believe it. All of the other staff was very kind and the outside area is very nice. We did buy a little plant and pot but when we got home and price compared we found out we overpayed and could have gotten the same plant at a much more affordable price. We will NOT be back.

Very cute and unique flowers and succulents, beautiful shop. Cons: most plants didn't have the name on them or the price. The prices I did find were not within my budget.

Great selection of gorgeous plants and flowers and the staff treats you like family!! They go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Philips! I just wish I could keep my plants looking as beautiful as they keep theirs!!!

THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE GARDEN STORE. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I have been looking for a new monstera since my last one didn’t make it through winter. From the moment I walked up to the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help by one employee. He quickly directed me to their outdoor nursery which by the way HUGE SELECTION. As I grabbed my beautiful new large monstera, another employee walked up and asked if they could take the plant up to the register for me while I kept shopping. They gave me great unsolicited advice on how to best take care of my new plant and went above and beyond with customer service. You could tell everyone really enjoyed working there and cared about what they were doing. I will definitely be coming back here for my future plant needs!
