Chris, Matt and the rest of the team from Earthworks did an amazing job installing a paver walkway in my challenging backyard. Looks great and they were absolute professionals! Thank you all!

This place is so beautiful. It’s a little spendy, but they have a lot of plants that others don’t. Also, free booze/drinks from 11-3 on Saturday? Sold.

Has everything you need to create an aquascape (Pond). Helpful staff and they sell live Koi / goldfish for reasonable prices.

Really cool place didn't realize this place was where it was I have a 1500 gallon koi fish pond and needed something ASAP to help fix my Prime staff was very helpful when I called and also helpful when I got there. The staff as we were there also gave us fish food to feed all their koi fish they have anywhere from super small kois 2 gigantic almost full-grown kois. Really really nice Pawn everything look really nice really cool place just to walk through. Also found out they do some type of ladies night deal which seemed really really reasonable for everything you got in the price my wife is super excited to try and get out

The only place I go in Jacksonville for my pond supplies and pond/aquatic plants. Spring is best time for water plants. I even take clients there to pic out their pond plants! Always have 5 star treatment by the staff! They also have an AWESOME selection of Koi and goldfish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you have a Koi pond or water garden!

Had questions about a koi pond I’m restoring myself, not even as a customer yet, and Tim had zero objection to giving me as much knowledge as possible. Based on that willingness to simply be helpful, I’m 100% sure I’ll be a customer soon too👍

Best pond plant selection around! Submerged, marginals, emergents, etc. This place rocks- see Rhonda for pond plant expertise.

Beautiful grounds but overpriced for the area and won't honor prices that are out saying they are old tags and must have missed picking them up. Went with the long bed and left with one plant that I found at another location for 1/3 of their price. Should have just waited, but my experience may be useful to someone else. Suggest shopping around and checking out other nurseries in the area before handing over your money to this group.

Spectacular. Excellent handmade pond/yard items like wind chimes and little birdhouses, etc.
Also, a superb and knowledgeable staff. Readily available for any questions.
Vast selection of both "regular" plants (shrubs, flowers, trees) and pond plants - both in water and marsh-type.
A must visit if you have a pond or water feature, or if you want one. They also install ponds, etc.
The only negative is prices. They are somewhat more expensive than competitors, although in fairness the plants are in excellent shape and well-kept. I would guess that all else being equal, a plant bought here would be better than the same plant from a box store.
Overall 5 stars, even with slightly higher prices. Cannot wait to go again.

Exceptional workmanship and communications. Had major landscaping performed and added an elevated pavers sundeck. Adam and Dylan performed the work and ensured we were satisfied all along the way. Sidney provided the quotations and led the HOA submission and ARB approval by providing all necessary paperwork and drawings required. We highly recommend using Earth Works for your landscaping projects.

SYNlawn exceeded our expectations with the installation of our putting green. The entire crew was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended if you are considering a backyard putting green!

We are super impressed from start to finish with SynLawn!! We are dog breeders and needed a WAY better space for our 5 dogs!! We chose the SynPro Pet. Danny was great, there was never any pressure from him, I had a LOT of questions and he was very helpful and patient (we had been doing our homework and weighing out options for a couple years). He was very transparent about the process from the beginning to the end. They offer financing also. Everything was scheduled, ordered, and installed as described, and it's a complete transformation of our yard!! The crew was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Brandon, Ben, Erving, and Trevor (and I thought one more?) were incredible. They worked so well together, they kept our property super clean, they arrived early and worked until the work was done for that day. It took them 3 days to transform our 1,600 sq ft dog area from total crap (and I mean it, it was full of dirt, weeds, some grass, and stinging nettle that will make a grown man whine LOL) to a beautiful space!!! They communicated very well and we could tell they really love what they're doing and take a lot of pride in their work. Excellent installers!! We kept our existing sprinkler system in there so we can rinse the turf daily to keep it free from urine/feces odor. We plan to give it a maintenance dose of deodorizer/sanitizer weekly, followed by a deep clean once every couple months or so. We HIGHLY recommend SynLawn!! I'll update here if I notice any changes... good or bad ;-)

UPDATE 4/22 - irrigation is not their specialty, turf is. We chose to keep our irrigation so we can rinse our turf and have a maintenance schedule. One of the sprinklers got damaged during install and they kindly replaced it. Unfortunately, we had a little issue getting it set up just right like the other sprinklers. When I called to discuss our options, they sent Yaser out and he replaced our sprinkler head and it works perfectly. And though the irrigation is not their specialty, their integrity is and it shows by going above and beyond! Thank you!

SynLawn sales/service team have been great and highly responsive both during the initial turf installation and subsequent follow-ups. I highly recommend SynLawn Jax as they focused on providing 100% customer satisfaction.

Make no mistake, all synthetic grass installers are NOT the same. I had one company which started my job and it was going horribly wrong with mismatched colors and visible seams so I halted the project. Brought Matt and his team in to do a complete redo with his turf and his installation process. A quality job all around and I could not be more satisfied. You absolutely will not go wrong with this group.

Danny was a pleasure to work with. Honest and straightforward. Very appreciative of helping me with something that wasn’t his job.
