We hired SYNLawn Jacksonville to put 7,000 square feet of turf in our backyard. We had been battling moles, armadillos, and fire ants for years; not to mention the endless disease and fungus that would kill large portions of grass. For the first time in 10 years our kids are able to run around barefoot and roll around on the ground without getting full of dirt or bitten by something. They were very responsive to our concerns and did a professional job. They also did a good job cleaning up when the job was complete. Finally, they were significantly less expensive than every other company I called.

Synlawn put in a 1,000 sq ft turf side and backyard for us (inclusive of a 300 sq ft putting green) that exceeded our expectations - it makes our beach house pop; a very well managed, fairly significant project - no glitches, no hiccups. It was an outstanding job Matt!!! Thanks Team.

Hands down the best experience I have had with a contractor of any kind! Matt and his team were prompt, professional, and super easy to work with. Every single person on my job was hard working, accommodating, and friendly. The owner Matt called me regularly to update me on the progress and to ask for input on my new putting green as it progressed. That is not to mention the quality of product. It's even better than I hoped. Family and friend chipping and putting contests are a blast! I could not be happier with the result...we now have ZERO "real grass" in the back yard and have ZERO regrets!

I chose to use Matt and Synlawn for my new construction outdoor landscape project. Matt was very responsive for the initial consultation. 5-Star all the way! 100% recommend. Matt (owner) cares about his customers. Turff installed two years ago but we noticed faint lines started appearing in spots. I called and Matt immediately came out to look. He agreed this was a defect. He stood behind product and his labor and reinstalled new turff despite original turff being 2+ years old. Quality installation and Kyle, his foreman was professional, polite and skilled. This turff is the best quality out there and a great warranty. A+ experience.

Short Version: Big , Bold and Beautiful. On time on budget. Long Version: this is our 5th putting green/artificial turf backyard. This was our biggest project by far, a large 5 hole putting green with fringe ,surrounded by an enormous longer grass backyard ( it’s so big we can run pass patterns on it or time our g kids 40 yard dash efforts. Work days and Matt’s crews had to battle typical Florida afternoon summer showers. What I found most impressive was the pride Matt’s crew took in the job. This is God awful hard work, but they welcomed the challenge, more concerned about making sure my down hill, right or left breaker was no more than a 2.75% d hill grade(large levels used) than the substantial prep work needed to get to the finish line. And I mean no fun substantial. This is my second artificial turf green and backyard project Synlawn has done for me. We couldn’t be more pleased. The green is already fast and true (one week out), the 2 supplemental chipping and pitching tees are great for short game reps, and the dog loves it . Added no golf benefit, nothing drains better. Nothing!

Danny Barnes was my salesperson who was nothing short of amazing! Not only did his company do a fantastic job installing our turf, but he also helped us out with another situation on this project that made it even better! Thank you all for a job well done !

Synlawn’s work and customer service is exceptional! We had a couple of issues that were totally not their fault that required service ( had to find a wire under the turf) They came out promptly and fixed the problem. I recommend them without any reservations— and their pricing was very good too!
