Would of bought more plants but I had to leave because the home depot survey person walking around refused to take no for an answer. So annoying

Based on the work I’ve seen this company do in my community, I wouldn’t hire them. I have a lot to compare it to because our last company did such an exceptional job that the place looked pristine. Yes it’s winter. Lots of plants are dead and grass might be dry, but we’ve never seen our community looks so unkept. I’m not sure whether they’re actually getting paid to do other than mow on occasion and blow leaves back into the yard. But not the quality of work that they get paid to do.

Horrible. They do not trim, they "chop" leaving behind sticks, rather than a nicely trimmed bush.They work mindlessly with no concern for the aesthetics of the property. When "chopping " they remove new blooms/flowers on hibiscus, azaleas and bottle brush plants. Their cleanup is almost non existent. You cannot communicate with anyone for they do not speak English. There does not seem to be any oversight and doubt there is training. Yellowstone commercial landscape company is absolutely horrible.

Never had a service done with this company but the company truck was speeding even through a school zone! Cut me off just to end up at the same red light as me. Please employ better drivers that aren’t rushing.

The absolute worst landscape company in Jacksonville! These guys have trashed our neighborhood, nickel and dime every action, and don’t care for the place anywhere near our previous landscaper.
Do NOT hire them, do NOT let your HOA let them take your contracts.

Our HOA switched to Yellowstone a year ago, horrible! The neighborhood looks worse than I’ve ever seen it, sidewalks are stained from oak leaves not being removed, dead grass everywhere, if they bid on your property, know they will change order for everything. Just say no!
