We made the switch to Yellowstone last year and we could not be happier. They have completely transformed our community! We have used them for Landscaping renovations, general lawn care, mulching, tree trimming, irrigation, etc and we are so glad we made the switch. Big thanks to Travis and his team for doing such a wonderful job!

Yellowstone Landscape and Tree Service is awesome! Rae is helping us save a very special live oak tree and Kyle has coordinated the trimming and maintenance of our trees, which has been completed for this year with our great satisfaction and appreciation.

These guys are great!! Brian Kimmel came and took the time to discuss the best solution to my tree problem, then gave me a very reasonable quote. In less than a week the project ws professionally done!! They were quick and careful, and took everything with them. They even raked my yard! Very happy!! Will call in the future for any of my tree needs!!

Huge “Shout Out” to Terrance Simmons of Yellowstone, Jacksonville who offered to give us some quick advice & helped reset our malfunctioning home irrigation system while he was here doing his regular work at the Lakeview at Tributary Amenity Center across the street from us! What a great ambassador for this top notch landscaping service company. Thank you for hiring such a personable & caring young man who was willing to help a couple of old folks having fits with their irrigation system controls.

They take care of the lawn for the apartment I live at, got serviced today. The man on the lawn mower doesn't pay attention and has no compassion what so ever. His machine spit a branch into my daughters bedroom window and i went out to tell him. He was far enough away that I had to yell to get his attention. He drove over to me, asked what i said then turned off the lawn mower. When it finally shut off I spoke normal and told him again what happened and he said "I didn't do it on purpose." He was rude the entire interaction. I went to the apartments office and told them, who went and spoke to the lawn man who kept saying it wasn't his fault and what do my kids have to do with him moving a lawn (that at this point is sand so it didn't need to be mowed anyway). The office man said "going back and forth isn't going to do anything, so you should just apologize and you and I can work out how this is going to be fixed."
I never received even an attempt at an apology even after he was told that he should. I only got "its not my fault" etc.
I understand its not his fault and he didn't mean for it to happen. There was never an attempt for an apology by the person that was responsible. What happens if my 2yo, that had been sitting in front of the window not 2 minutes earlier, was still there? She would have gotten hit and probably cut by all the glass.
I assume the man whose over this specific team is who I spoke to over the phone, didn't apologize until he heard the man on the lawn mower didn't apologize. These people need some sort of hospitality training if they don't understand that the first thing out of their mouths when they are told "you broke a window" shouldn't be "its not my fault, I didn't mean to" it should have been "Im sorry, is everyone okay"

Yellowstone Arbor Tree Trimmers which is Yellowstone Landscaping and Tree Service came out today to trim the trees at Oxford Chase. Don't waste you time or money with this group as they know nothing about trimming trees. I have a very large live oak in front of my house. They only trimmed one side of the tree today that hung low over the sidewalk and trucks driving down the street always hit it. They DID NOT trim the rest of this large Oak left major branches hanging over my roof and driveway which will cause damage in a storm. The HOA and First Service Residential hired them but they always do not hire companies that take care of the homeowners. They neglect their fiduciary responsibility to the homeowners and do not get quality work done at Oxford Chase in Jacksonville.

Worst landscaping company you can hire for your property... period! Killed so much of our grass by not fixing zones for several months. Crushed annuals in beds when spraying and wedding, spreading in high winds so there is a lot of death and burning from herbicide over spray, now the irrigation is on nonstop so there's fungus, irrigation heads are placed right against concrete, they are "fixed" but blow out immediately, and weeds everywhere! They don't trim trees around sidewalks. No one speaks English. I'm sure it would be interesting to find where they get their labor.

It’s Sunday on the corner of Belfort and Gate and they are tearing up and down the grass-on huge mowers on grass too short to need trimming.
It’s Sunday and they are endlessly, ENDLESSLY using blowers in the commercial parking lot.
It’s Sunday!!! The people living in this area would like to enjoy their weekend! Your employees should be able to Have a weekend.

I had a great experience from start to finish -- picked from a great selection of live oaks and they promptly delivered and planted the trees as promised and kept me posted along the way. Prices were fair and trees are doing great.

We hired Congaree & Penn to plant three River Birches in front of our home. They were pleasant and polite and they did a great job. We would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with Congaree and Penn Landscape. We were able to walk the tree farm and choose the exact trees we wanted to purchase - one live oak, one magnolia, and an olive tree. They also helped us by designing our front yard landscape and installing bushes and sod. The team was friendly and the whole neighborhood came out to watch the tree installation (the equipment they use is incredible!). They drove by the house for many weeks after the planting just to check that everything was okay and would make suggestions about watering, etc. You can tell they really care. It was a fantastic customer service experience and we're very happy with our trees!

The back yard at our Ortega home had been losing ground to the shade for two summers in a row. The big oaks back there block almost everything, and the grass had been dying back in patches until it was mostly bare dirt by the fence line. Jason assessed the whole yard, cleared out what was left of the dead lawn, and put down fresh St. Augustine sod rated for heavy shade. He also repositioned two sprinkler heads that had been spraying into the dirt instead of reaching the root zone properly. The sod took hold before the month was out and hasn't thinned back since. Glad we finally stopped putting it off.

The yard looked fine from the street when we bought our place, but once we actually moved in we realized the sprinkler system hadn't worked properly in years. Half the lawn was browning out and we had no idea what was connected to what. Mike came out, mapped the whole system, and got the irrigation zones sorted out the same week. He walked us through which areas had been getting too little water and which heads were just plain broken. We had never dealt with a yard like this before and he never made us feel stupid for asking questions. The lawn started coming back within two weeks. This landscaping company knows what they're doing and we'll absolutely call them again.

Team JP Landscaping, LLC are the best! They did a major project at my home which included, palm tree trimming, hedge cutting and shaping, along with a palm tree removal. Mr. Jonathan made sure to give an accurate estimate of time and cost. The job was completed on time and the result is beautiful! I’m a loyal customer and will continue to contact them for my landscaping needs.

Team JP removed an old shrub property line and installed a new one. The new shrubs are big and healthy. They came on time and finished on budget. They did a great job removing the old shrubs and cleaning up the mess. They worked hard and delivered a quality final product. They also handle my weekly landscaping and do a great job! They have a great attitude and demonstrate a lot of pride in the work that they do!
