Pricing for basic rock and sand for your yard projects are better than their competitors. Not as large of a selection as other places, but they do have the more common items. They deliver, too.

They did a great job installing my driveway and paver sidewalks. They finished all the work ahead of schedule and I have gotten some great compliments already! Very happy Yard Depot customer!

Failed to show up or even call twice for concrete quote. Don’t know the quality of their work but they have shown me they aren’t reliable. Apparently the market is flooded with work for these guys so they don’t care if they lose your business. This seems to be an issue with many others in the field. Hopefully when the construction market dives again these guys will have a different look on customers.

I ordered white gravel and they delivered grey gravel. According to the person that delivered the materials, we just have to spray it down with water and it will turn white but it didn't work. I called the next day to return the materials and get a refund, the representative stated I would have to return all 3 yards of gravel myself to get the refund. This is a problem for me. I paid $50 for the gravel to be delivered for a reason, because I don't own a truck to transport the gravel. With that said, be careful when dealing with this company.

21 days ago I had an appointment for them to come and see the work we wanted to do, I was waiting for more than 2 hours and they canceled me in the end. She promised to come another day, I went to the office and talked to the secretary as she was on her way home until this moment they don't answer my calls or msj. They are informal and liars.

DO NOT go here for anything at all very very poor customer service. I went there pick out the rock I Needed. She told me they can do the work the next day NOT. I called the next day we can’t get to you ok. Called two days later I will call you back in 15 minutes Miss. Rachel said......NOT I never heard a thing back from them. The ones on here that say good job or good work and and got it done your lucky. Because the service is Garbage. Service deserves no stars.

Purchased 20 yards of bulk red mulch delivered. Mulch was good, had a little more undyed leaves than I wanted but final product came out looking good. The 1 star review is because I was charged more than quoted by $20.13. Original charge was 575 even, then went to $595.13. I was never advised of higher price. Spoke with merchant today who is unwilling to charge amount discussed and said we have merchant service costs of 3.5%. I understand that as a business owner myself but I do not charge my customer x then it becomes y without advising them of additional cost. Bad business practice. I asked her to review call if its recorded she stated business is closed and I am at breakfast with my family. Why did you answer then?

Ordered yellow sand from here. Charged my credit that day and implied it would arrive that day. Still doesn't show up the following four days, calling every day and being told we're the next delivery on the list every time. Finally shows up at 6 in the evening, unannounced and dumped in front of my garage. As soon as I talk to them about compensation for wasting my time, lying about delivery date/time/procedure, and the fact that they never even applied the military discount we were told about, the secretary started giving me another run around about how they couldn't have charged my card without delivery that day(my statement says otherwise) and then said I'd have to wait for a call from the owner. Currently waiting on that supposed call.

Great locally owned landscaping supplier and landscaping services. Super knowledgeable and extremely friendly….great value on supplies, deliveries and even hardscape installations. (I bought pavers and walked out with pavers and an install! -they did amazing!) Small enough to quickly run over and grab landscaping supplies/stones/pavers etc. I’ve been here twice now to get more (and more) stones and they already remember my name and what stone I get. Won’t go anywhere else. Shop local- friendly local

I had them install a paver stone patio. Great price, the patio looks great, the quality of work it good also. The install crew was very nice. Only negative was the office seems disorganized and when I first called they told me they could have it installed in 3 weeks and it took almost 3 months for them to come out and do it. I had to call constantly to get them to give me a date.

I’ve been using Yard Depot for almost 2 years now for rock and firewood.

I just happened to see this place as I was driving home. I recently moved to the Westside and have been getting to know the area better. The lady on the phone was super nice and understanding of my ignorance in ordering gravel. ( There are many kinds) and lack of visualization of exactly how much Yard would be. I ended up getting recycled crushed cement. It was delivered promptly and professionally. It was exactly what I needed and the perfect amount. The price was fair. I will be calling them again for mulch very soon.

No idea how this place doesn’t have 5 stars. So helpful and easy to work with, excellent products and customer service. Everyone we worked with was so friendly, owner is great. 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for landscaping supplies or services! Thanks guys!

These guys are super easy to work with. I typically don’t work in this area and they were able to be a 1 stop shop for a large job. Prices area very reasonable and good customer service

Yard depot was on time! Showed up did the job and less than an hour. Everything is cleaned up. Would have taken us 2 to 3 days and with 4 or 5 people. they did cleaned it Beautiful job. Thanks Billy

Was in the middle of a project when we realized we did not have enough paver base. Yard depot was fantastic in delivering exactly what we needed within an hour and a half! Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Would definitely use them again for any of my yard needs!
