John Bell used his masterful fork lift skills to place a large stone we had purchased at Liberty for our garden. He was patient and helpful as we decided exactly how it should be situated. We knew that due to its weight we would not be able to move it again, so John made sure that we were satisfied before he left even though it was late afternoon and his last delivery of the day.
We have worked with John in the past and he is one of the reasons we return to Liberty for our gardening needs.

Antonio was amazing. He took the time out to teach me about the different plants and shrubs. He gave me multiple options that will tolerate in my yard. I would recommend him to any one with his knowledge.

Liberty just did a major landscaping overhaul on our new home. The prior owner had removed all plants/shrubs and placed granite rock down in the former beds. The rocks were unsightly, cold, and strewn throughout the sod. Liberty provided a landscape design, and in a 3-day period, removed all of the rock and plastic, re-sodded a couple of damaged areas in the yard, installed many plantings, and placed mulch in the beds and around trees. The job was done in less than 3 days, and they were able to work with us on some on-the-spot changes. Also identified a tree that was in my yard to give me some tips on maintenance. Super nice and hard working crew. The worksite was clean when they left, and we were happy customers. Shout out to Kozman, Adam, and crew for a job well done!

We purchased 3, 15 gallon Queen Palm trees from Liberty Landscape, Patrick assisted us. They were delivered and planted by Jeremy, who did a fantastic job. We thought we knew where we wanted to put them until they arrived. Jeremy was willing to move them around until we got just the right view. We can’t thank Jeremy enough for all his help in planting the palms in our yard, explaining to us the watering and care instructions. We highly recommend Patrick and Jeremy at Liberty!

Great customer service! Really helped me increase my curb appeal. Candice gave me a free, personalized plan with sketch and square-foot area drawing with an accurate amount of mulch to put down after I planted my new flower bed. They do very reasonable deliveries, and installs if you don't want to do it yourself! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Liberty Landscape on Main Street. I was on the search for a couple of plants to finish my landscaping. Antonio was a huge help in finding the right selections. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Very satisfied customer.

15 yards of topsoil in two deliveries. John Bell the truck driver was awesome. Dirt was for raised garden beds and he was able to dump all 15 yards right where we needed it saving me hours of work. Great topsoil. Great price. On time delivery. I look forward to dealing with liberty landscaping.

Liberty landscape and supply's offer installation and delivery, also options for a designer if you need help with your landscaping plans. If you don't find what your looking for they will try and find it for you. They have 3 locations around jax.

My wife and I set out to find a company that from design to installation could hold our hand through the fairly significant project we had in mind. We had no allusions as to our experience level with Landscape work and were very fortunate to connect w/ Mike, Jay, and the team at Liberty Landscape Supply. We were extremely pleased w/ the design process, as Jay has a unique eye for creating something special. The crew that did the job was punctual, efficient, and did the job as promised. I didn't feel I was ever over-sold in fact, some of the advice was to protect us from over-purchasing things we didn't need.

I highly recommend them for any job no matter the undertaking.

Good product, terrible service. I was scheduled for a Wednesday noon delivery. It still wasn't there by 3, so I called and was told I was next up. It still wasn't there by 5, so I called again and talked to Kelly. She apologized and told me that the driver had already left for the day. They had also loaded the truck for the first Thursday delivery, but she told me I would be second. She told me to call first thing, because she wanted to figure out what went wrong. I called first thing and was told that Kelly now works at the San Jose location. I called there and left a message for her, which was never returned. My delivery arrived around noon on Thursday, so it was 24 hours late. The rocks look good, but it's not like Liberty manufactures them, so I'll get them elsewhere for my next project.

Mostly clean fill dirt. Please with the product, and even more pleased with our delivery driver. Jeremy has had to deliver multiple loads on multiple days to our house. He has been very careful not to drive over the grass or water cutoff valve. He has placed the dirt where I requested. He has given us a courtesy call to let us know he is in the way. He has been very professional and easy to work with.

Liberty is my “go to” place for landscape materials and plants. The staff have always worked hard to make sure my purchases are the best available and loaded with care. The bulk materials I’ve ordered were delivered on time and placed with precision in my yard. One individual, Antonio, has been extremely helpful by listening to my needs, helping me find and select the best plants, and completing the process efficiently so that I can get back to my garden.

I ordered sod from the Main Street location on the 4/15 for delivery set for 4/21. I got home from work and no sod. I called ro find out when it was being delivered and spent over 40 minutes on the phone most of it on hold. While on hold, I decided to drive to Liberty to speak to a manager. They couldn't find me on their delivery sheet even though I had the paperwork in hand. I felt the manager was very condescending to the employee who took my order. The manager offered to deliver it on the following week or I could get a refund. I took the refund and decided to take my business elsewhere. I felt the apology from the manager was fake with a smile. She really didn't go out of her way to fix their mistake.

we purchased a 30 gallon east Palatka holly and scheduled delivery and installation. Jeremy showed up on schedule and did an excellent job of installing our tree. He explained how to care for the tree and also explained the process he was going through to install this large tree. We are extremely satisfied with our new addition. Ask for Jeremy and you won't be disappointed!

I ordered a load of sand to set up an above-ground pool for my grand children and it was delivered today by a very nice young man, Micheal. I could not have asked for a more efficient, professional and polite young man.The space between houses at my house , is very close but Micheal made the delivery without any problem. Wow! Tree trimmers took down my beloved Cedar Tree by accident. I called Antonio here at Liberty. He was extremely patient and over a few phone calls listen to my concern to replace the tree with something specific. He treated me with as much patience and respect as if I had a large order landscape job even though it was for only one tree and listened to all my questions. If a later phone call is needed, he follows up on time. Extremely knowledgeable. Only rarely if he doesn't know exactly the answer he will look it up and get right back to you. Highly recommend

I had the opportunity to visit Liberty Landscape Supply a few weeks ago and it was simply amazing. Morgan provided superior customer service with a huge smile. My thumb is not green at all and she didn't make me feel incompetent. She took her time and shared suggestions for our raised bed garden project.

From beginning to end the team at North Main St were awesome. Answered all of our questions and informed us on the discount for multiple trees. Everyone from the office to the installer were professional as well as personable. Jeremy the the delivery driver/installer was just awesome. It was supper hot and he installed 5 (15 gal) Crepe Myrtles in no time. He then went over how and when to water them with me and made sure all my question were answered before he left. I will definitely use them again.

Generally, I've been pleased with this nursery. It's a bit out of my way, so when they offered a free-delivery special, I decided to take advantage. This is my go-to nursery for pine straw, it's great quality for a great price, and a chance to support a local family-owned business. But the delivery experience sucked.

I ordered 20 bales for delivery, and a couple of plants, specified delivery to the top of my driveway, and that if they called ahead I could likely come out to help unload. I assumed when my scheduled delivery day came and went that they just weren't able to deliver that day, no big deal. But come to find out, they delivered to my neighbor and left the bales at the bottom of that drive way. Thankfully, my neighbor was gracious about the mistake and I started my morning off moving 20 bales and plants over to the top of my driveway.

While the free delivery was still worth it, I'm not sure I'd pay for the delivery service in the future. It takes just a moment to double check street addresses, call ahead (and leave a message), and follow specific location instructions for unloading. Otherwise, bales were in great shape, and plants look healthy.
