Liberty Landscape has always been my go to for my home landscaping materials, because the service and products are top notch. Today was no different. Antonio met me in the lot and help me dig through the flagstone pile to find the exact flagstone rocks I needed for my project. Above and beyond is the service he provided. Thank you Antonio and thank you for your service to our country as a Veteran. I will 100% be back. Highly recommend these guys over the other landscaping stores.

Highly recommended! As usual, they were very quick with service and had all the materials we needed to complete one of ours paver project. As a contractor the biggest waste of time you have is picking up materials. My guys were in and out very quickly.

I just ordered 2 palm trees from Liberty and their customer service is why I chose to spend this much money on a palm tree! Me and my husband went in just to look and discuss some options but they were about to close so I just wanted to see what was out there (looking up things online does not give me an idea of what it will be like in real life). The sales lady took the time to get an idea of my area that I wanted to place the palm tree and discuss the various options. I really appreciate all of her advice so much so that I purchased 2 palm trees. There was no pressure, just information that I appreciated. I have called up there multiple times with different questions and anyone who picked up the phone has been knowledgeable and made sure that all of my questions were answered or they would make sure that the right person called me back. There were a few issues during delivery due to lack of communication amongst each other but they were very diligent to find a solution and fixed the issues. They were so nice throughout the whole process and I really appreciate them taking ownership and finding a resolution. I am so impressed that I will be buying from them for my planter area and flower bed when it warms up. Customer service and knowledgeable personnel is a big deal and I appreciate Liberty hiring people who are able to display these qualities. I am also impressed by their warranty and I am very glad to know that they stand behind their products. They also do irrigation, sod, etc. which I didn't even know that they offered those services at a reasonable price. So glad that I used them! Special thanks to Jake, Candace, and Juan you guys were really awesome!

Antonio at the Main Street location was very helpful in figuring out how much dirt I would need, as well as providing some advice and information on the flowers I purchased. My loads of dirt were just delivered this morning and the topsoil is very dark and looks great, it definitely looks better than what the website has pictures of. The delivery driver was also kind and respectful. I will be returning ☺️

My experience with Liberty Landscaping has been awesome. From the ease of ordering, delivery, pickup, and landscape design the team has been super helpful and a pleasure to work with. I’m always sooo apprehensive when ordering dirt, sand, rock etc because of the past experiences we have had with other people and companies. I decided to give Liberty a chance and I am so glad I did. I wasn’t sure which sand I needed for my chicken coop, so when I called they were very knowledgeable and told me what kind to get. Set up a delivery day and was very pleased with the price. Chase delivered it on time and was very helpful and nice and so patient while we figured out where we wanted it dumped. Thank you Chase! He was very professional and we will definitely be using Liberty again in the future. Highly Recommend!!!!

Came in yesterday to purchase a citrus tree and couldn't of been more pleased with the exception service provided by the nursery staff. Thank you Liberty for making this such an easy purchase, and thank you Colin for answering all of my tangerine questions, you really knew the product. I'll definitely be back again!

My experience was one that will keep me as a customer. Jeremy Installed a Roebelenii that was just gorgeous! he was professional and made sure I was pleased with the placement, really fantastic service. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Liberty Landscape installed two cabbage palms in my yard. They were timely. Professional and they repaired the sod that was damaged from the tractor. Highly recommend. Especially the 105 crew.

I bought 14 scoops of natural cypress mulch from Liberty in February. As other reviews indicated, the delivery man was a very pleasant person and assisted me with getting the mulch exactly where I wanted it. My driveway is too narrow to prevent the mulch from falling into my neighbor's yard and he helped me shovel it back onto the pile in my yard.
My complaint is with the quality of the mulch itself. I've bought bulk mulch numerous times over the years from various sources and have never received cypress mulch of this low quality. It appears to be very decomposed and old. It does not smell like cypress mulch generally smells, fresh and woody, nor does it have the usual cypress variation in color. It is very light weight, which I think also indicates advanced decomposition, has an almost moldy smell, and is quite dusty through out the entire load. The delivery man was unable to get it to slide out of the truck and had to climb into the truck and push it out with the shovel. At the time, I thought that odd, but believe now it is because it was not the heavy weight of fresh mulch and, thus, did not weigh enough to just slide out of the truck. As I was spreading it, I could easily lift huge pitchforks of it, something I've strained to to in the past, and a full cart's weight was easily lifted, something I cannot normally do. I've attached a photo which shows the dull color and broken-down appearance of the mulch.
I cannot remark on their plants or nursery itself, as I have not visited there, but I definitely advise against the purchase of their bulk cypress mulch. I spent well over $500 for the 14 scoops of mulch, which is an expense I have every two years, but expect this mulch will be decomposed to the point of needing replenishing within a year's time. It's not only an increase in money to reorder mulch in a year's time, instead of two years, it's a lot of work to manually spread that mulch. I believe strongly that I did not get a quality product and that poor quality product will cost me both money and a lot of unnecessary physical yard work.

I have to commend Dani Decker the employee who checked me out today. When I mentioned that I need rocks for my planters but at 76 years old I couldn’t lift the half bag it would take.
She quickly said “Oh, I would be happy to stop by on my way home and do that for you!
And she did!

I had 4 ton of rock and 2 ton of soil delivered. The customer service people were very helpful when I was trying to figure out quantities and pricing. Jeremy did the delivery and did an excellent job with 2 very neat piles. Very pleased with their service from beginning to end.

The pricing and service was great. Delivery was on time and the driver was great. Was incredibly easy to handle. The stones were great and exactly as expected, the fill dirt however was not very clean. It wasn't awful but definitely not clean.

What a lovely convenient place to pick up our yard needs. It’s a short drive North of our house in Springfield. They have all the plants, rocks, dirts and mulches you need! We popped up there today for a few bales of hay for our chicken coop. We picked up some lemongrass for mosquitoes and rodents why we were there.

Landscaping overhaul! I went into Liberty on N. Main Street in May to inquire about perennials and it turned into a fantastic overhaul. Garron was exceptional to work with. She came out to our house, gave us an estimate, and helped us to pick out plants that I liked. We were having our house painted and they went out there way to split the job out so they could pull out all of the hedges near the foundation so the painters could paint. We literally pulled out our entire landscaping. I've attached pictures of the completed project. Thank you, Garron and Team. You guys rock!

I received my order this past Monday.The plants ( 10 Lantana and 1 Muhly grass 3 gallon) are just beautiful
Each plant was healthy and larger then expected. Very pleased with my delivery and with Liberty Landscape

I ride a lot through my neighborhood and notice plants. I used the app Seek to identify a blooming bush when I returned home. I Googled it and found it at this nursery. I had never heard of them. I ordered 3 and a few days later they were at my garage door. I was impressed and made a personal visit to the Mainstreet store to look. I was impressed by the people working, they stopped and answered my questions, very helpful. I ended up buying 3 more shrubs and paid for installation and delivery. They delivered and installed today. Jeremy was great -- he did the installation. It is great to see this kind of service today!

I recently completed some major outdoor projects in my yard (patio extension, outdoor kitchen, retaining wall replacement, and so on). With all of that, the next phase was landscaping. I soon realized this had the potential to be a lengthy effort, as my yard required excavation work, grading, sprinklers, sod, trees and plant material. I was on Liberty’s website and saw that not only did they offer design work, but complete project management. I quickly realized this was going to be my best option with minimal stress.

I stopped in the Fernandina Route 200 location and asked to have one of the consultants reach out to me. I was told the designers manage their own schedule, but I would probably hear from someone within a week or so. Sure enough, about a week later I received a call from Bruno.

Bruno came out to my house and we walked my property and discussed everything I was looking for. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Bruno went about creating a proposal. At a later date with the proposal in hand, we fine tuned some of the details. At this point, I wanted Liberty to do everything!

A contract was signed and an approximate start date was agreed upon. At the promised day, excavation, grading and general clean-up of any debris started. The following day, a crew from Bob’s Sprinkler and Irrigation started their work. We were really happy with the size of the crews that were on the job. In addition to plants and trees, they also installed 18 pallets of Sod, several tons of River Stones, Sea Shells & Pine Straw. Start to finish, everything was done in about 8 days. I was really pleased with the project managent that Liberty provided, and highly recommend Bruno, who supervised our job. It was money well spent.

My initial order left me disappointed because the amount of compost I received was much smaller than I expected for the $75 price. I misunderstood what “a scoop” meant, and without a clear description, I had no way to know the size beforehand.

What made a real difference, though, was the follow‑up. The person—possibly the owner—who called me was very pleasant, kind in tone, and genuinely understanding of my concern. They responded with goodwill and sent additional soil, which I truly appreciated.

I had no issues with customer service or the delivery person; both were very pleasant. My experience is simply a reminder to ask detailed questions before ordering, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
