I highly recommend David Arroyo from Duval Company for anyone looking to transform their yard. I’m from the Solera community in Lakewood Ranch, and David did an outstanding job on my lawn.

From day one, he showed incredible responsibility and commitment. He took the time to assess my irrigation system, fixed all the issues, and made sure everything was working efficiently. On top of that, he completely eliminated the weeds that were taking over my yard.

The results are amazing — my lawn now starts looks healthy, clean, and well-maintained. You can truly tell he cares about the quality of his work and treats your yard like his own.

If you need someone reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making your lawn look great, David is the person to call. I’m extremely satisfied with his work and will definitely continue working with him.

My association migrated our landscape maintenance to Duval several months ago. The difference is night and day, with Duval doing a great job. I had submitted several work orders to address various issues. Rocky Schwarz is handling the work orders for our community. He met me personally at my home and walked through each of the changes and updates that I needed. He also provided advice regarding the right plant, right place approach. All in all, a great experience.

Excellent maintenance service and design ideas from Duval’s. Raul has been very responsive to the environmental needs of our particular community. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Raul and his crew helped our community in our Arbor Day celebration! They brought all the necessary equipment and showed us where to plant the plants and gave us assistance when we ran into roots from trees. Arbor Day was a community planned event for residents to get a little dirt on our hands and Raul made sure it came out to be a successful event! Thank you, Raul and your crew.

We had our first ever Arbor Day at Fairway Bay on Longboat Key on Saturday - it was a great success due to our partnership with Duvals. Raul Sanchez-Gonzalez did a great job organizing the day. Around 20 residents and Duval staffers, planted over 170 plants to beautify our property. Thanks Duvals, Raul and staff for making it a great event. We love our partnership with Duvals! Our property gets nicer every day with you!

Great job Duval! I am a resident here at Fairway Bay. I was very glad to be able to talk to Raul about the landscaping services. Everything looks spectaular.

Duval's, under the leadership of Raul at my property, did a great job dealing with an unsightly back yard that I had. Weeds had grown up three feet tall, and it looked like an inner-city neglected lot. Raul had his workers remove the weeds by their roots, used a pesticide to prevent their return, and left the yard looking pristine. Thank you, Duval's and Raul!

Rocky Schwartz came to my home to discuss our landscaping needs. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
I felt very comfortable knowing that Duval will take care of my landscaping needs.

Learn how to drive. Almost caused a wreck because ur driver cut in front of me and I had to slam on breaks with me and my kids on the car!

Terrible every one has an attitude, tried getting gas today and they had all of the pumps to themselves, yall don’t own the gas station 🤦🏻‍♂️

Duval Landscape is a great company, with welcoming staff and coworkers.

I've worked with many landscapers, working with Chris at Duval has been a great experience. He is responsive and very knowledgeable. Any work that I need to be completed is done in a timely fashion.

This is the worst landscape company we have ever dealt with. They destroy plants, leave cuttings all over the place, and several owners in our neighborhood have complained of broken lights or other items. Complaints to the supervisors and the Largo office lead nowhere. I highly suggest you look somewhere else.

While my complaint isn’t against the workers that completed the job, but more so with branch manager, financial officer and owner.
They first required 50% down payment. The check was cashed a week prior to anyone stepping foot on my property. Then they tried to push me out another week before starting work. When I reached out to the branch manager. They had people at my house by the date discussed. Irrigation install started that week. Sid started the following week. I received a bill prior to the sod install for less than what was quoted. When I reached out AGAIN. I was told that was finance and he would need to look into it. I did not receive any follow up at all. The quote was for 7 pallets of grass and I received 6. When I reached out to the salesman. He said there should have been 7. The 7th pallet showed up the 2nd day. They finished the job. I asked you didn’t need the 7th pallet. They said no and took it back with them when they left. I reached out to the salesman and he said they used a few pieces and that they could recoup on another job. I asked what does that do to the final payment. He said nothing it’s still the same. I reached out to the branch manager and he said he would look into it and never called me back. Why should I pay for a 7th pallet that was never used. The salesman stated that their vendor over stacked the 6 pallets and that the sq footage was on 6 pallets and not 7. How does the customer know how much grass is on a pallet? Am I suppose to believe what they say? I then reached out to the branch owner prior to holiday weekend and he said he would look into Tuesday and get back with me on Tuesday. Here it is Wednesday no call no text nothing. While the workers doing the job did a great job. The office manager, salesman, owner provided a crap job. I would not recommend Duval landscape. I’m out 500.00 dollars and they have a pallet of grass to be used wherever and probably sold to another customer. Duval landscape management failed at providing customer service! So disappointed!
