`I have gone there several times and no one helped me or even spoke to me. I guess you have to drive in with a large truck or look like a commercial customer in order to get service. Either that or be a man?

I've been buying from Williams Plant Nursery for 15 years. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and there's always a huge selection of healthy plants.

Lots of plants but many not labeled with name of plant or price. We walked around for 30 minutes and not one person came out to ask if we needed assistance. Would not go there again.

The Family at Williams has the best run Nursery Operation in North Florida. I have tried many of them, and found Williams to have what I need. The Best Quality Plants, The Best Prices, The Best Inventory and Honest business Practices and Friendly and Professional Staff. They are also very knowledgeable and in you are not an expert, they will guide you. While they specialize in wholesale clients, I have also used them for personal needs too. They are our go-to for all of our plant needs at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Cemetery.

They have the best prices for mulch. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for mulch.

Got a citrus tree from here. The man who helped me knew what he was talking about and was very informative. The tree is planted now, fruiting, and looking great. I'm sure it will for years to come. Would be a 5 for me, but I felt the price was a bit high.

I picked up a 30 gallon River Birch, 17 (3) gallon Varigated Pittosporum and 13 (3) gallon Feijoa 'Pineapple Guava'. I want Jason who assisted me, in acquiring all the plants, to be recognized as providing superb customer service. Jason was ambitious with ensuring that I accurately received all the plants in a timely manner. Thank you Jason for you customer service with a friendly smile!

Husband and I went to look for plants to re-do the landscaping in the front of our house. We has not been out of the car for 2 minutes when Rossanna pulled up in a golf cart and asked if she could help. Such a blessing!! She listened to what we had in mind for the area and then drove us around showing us options. Once we had a few ideas of what we liked she started pulling plants to show us what they would look like together. We went thru several options before we finalized what we wanted. She also helped us figure out how many we needed of each for our space and then helped us pick the exact plants and loaded them all into the back of our car. Way better experience than I was expecting and Rossanna was AMAZING!!

This is a beautiful Nursery hidden under Centurion Oaks. The best way to describe the people that run it is that they are the salt of the earth. The plant material is about the best you're going to find in North Florida and if it's not on hand they are extremely helpful in searching for them and getting them delivered to the nursery. Williams plant nursery is a wonderful small family-run business that I feel makes Jacksonville a better place.
