Our turf has improved more in a few months with Duval than it did in years with the last company

The landscapers hired for these townhomes continuously blow dirt, dust, and debris all over the entryways and onto residents' cars — and then just leave it there. Residents have witnessed them doing this and even asked them directly to clean it up, yet they still walk away and leave the mess behind. It feels intentional and completely disrespectful. This has been happening repeatedly, and despite multiple complaints to the management company, nothing has been done to correct the issue.

If these workers are unwilling to do their jobs properly, they should be replaced with employees who will. It's unacceptable to pay all this money to deal with this level of carelessness, bare minimum poor service, and neglect. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this. Management needs to take the residents' concerns seriously and stop brushing off valid complaints. Do better.

If only there were a negative star option. Unfortunately our HOA uses this company for landscaping. They leave the place a mess week after week. Have broken things on my porch, workers are careless and rude. They leave our entire community in shambles.

Wish I didn’t have to even give 1 star. Treated the neighborhood with chemicals and then sent out a notice AFTER the fact that dogs should stay off the grass. Numerous dogs in the neighborhood are sick. Can’t recommend these folks even a little.

Our landscaping has honestly never looked better. They have such amazing employees who truly care about the lawn service they are providing and their costumers! Would highly recommend.

Raoul Gonzalez came to our home tonight (Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend) because when we returned from being away the front sprinkler zone was stuck on and one head had broken creating a geyser. He got soaked shutting it down but could not have been more polite or professional. Top notch service!!

The guy on truck 3 was mowing the lawn in my neighborhood I’m assuming they were hired by my neighborhoods hoa and he was smoking while on the lawn mower that’s besides the point he ran over a huge tree stump and it flew into the glass sliding door of my house and the guy had the audacity to say it was from inside my house . I’m assuming that all the 5 star reviews were received by people who were asked to do so for this company. I can’t get a hold of anyone about this matter and it’s coming to the point where I’m pressing charges to the property damage

My irrigation in my flower beds was done incorrectly by another company. James Benton came out and explained what was wrong and how to correct. His work ethics and kindness was fantastic. I would recommend him and your company with out a doubt. He fixed my issue. Thanks James

Horrible company. An employee damaged 2 of my uncle properties AC that I managed. mowing the grass the person hit the ac and they only repaired 1. They do not want to pay for the other one. This issue happened last year around mid year and still dealing with it. Many emails and phone calls unanswered. Good luck when doing business with them. Very unprofessional. I cannot believe we have to deal with companies that do not think about their customer and do what is right.
