Williams Plant Nursery is an excellent find in the area if you like to shop in random clusters of unlabeled plants without prices. Many look as though they have been sitting in their containers for a while, brown and in need of reviving. This is for those who don’t care for assistance or any sort of personable interaction. This business is built exclusively for the commercial crowd.

If you are hiring a landscaper that uses Williams, I would be concerned if they have your best interest in mind. Premium pricing and mediocre quality.

Wonderful source for plants of all types and sizes. The staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help customers. Huge property and selection....lots to see. Great place!

This nursery is lot the biggest by far that I've used in my career but the guys are great there and they stick very healthy plant materials. I use them on every job I design to attain as many of the plants needed as possible.

Really was hoping this place would offer the 4.5 star rating but fell far short of my experience. Like others have noted prices and not listed for many items, l parked in front of their sales office and walked around looking at plants for 20 mi s and there were employees in the office but none came out to ask if they could offer help. I left, and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Holy cow, THIS is what customer service is all about. We bought a tree and brought it home only to discover that it won't work for us (didn't actually plant tree). Called, worried that they may not take it back in refund or exchange - no worries AT ALL. We are exchanging it out for a different tree that will work much better for the spot we chose.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and selection (for this time of year anyway) was very good. We will be back to shop this nursery in the future.

A good variety of plants, mostly for landscaping. Prices are about average. No indication they guarantee their plants, so take the time to check your selection carefully. You drive the circle through the nursery and put what you want into your car, then go to the office to pay. Friendly staff.

What can I say except Williams is awesome! This morning I had a real life garden emergency, and I started making calls. Stupidly I called a few other places first. I blame it on being shook up. I finally gave up, went in my contacts, and made the call I should have made from the start! Unlike other places I called, who have an actual answering machine (2 places), or employees who set the phone down and stand there and joke around with each other until you hang up (the other 2)...William's employees answered, as always, and offered the best help available! My latest experience was on the phone with Jason. He was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I knew what to do before we hung up! Thank you Jason, and the rest of the great employees at William's! You have earned a loyal customer for life! Don't waste your time calling around. Make the right call the first time. You won't regret it!

We live out of state and ordered a lemon tree for a relative to pick up at Williams Nursery. Jason was very helpful and did everything he said he would do. Called with updates on our order and when it could be picked up. He was timely and very professional from start to finish. And the lemon tree was beautiful. Thank you Jason!!

Great nursery! Very helpful staff and good selection. They will take you around and help you pick out plants- a decent selection of native landscaping plants. Don't know about fruit or edible plants. You do need to walk into the office to get help- that is how it works :)

We have had good experiences at Williams. Great selection, service is good. The individual who sold us our tree even helped to install the tree at our home, which was great. I would recommend Williams to anyone looking for a good local nursery.

Took my first trip to this beautiful nursery today. Great selection of plants of various sizes. Everything very clearly marked, properly identified & it was easy to walk or ride around. Staff were very helpful, competent & knowledgeable. We will certainly return.

Top notch and fantastic customer service. Helpful staff took order from out of state and filled order (in state) very quickly and effectively, were helpful through a change order process, delivered the product in a very timely fashion. Product itself was very healthy and in great condition. Would 100% recommend and buy again.
