I own a small landscaping company and Williams nursery is by far the best plant nursery around. Jane in the office is the BEST!!! She is so helpful and very knowledgeable with all the plants there. I drive a hour and ten minutes from our shop and pass multiple other places just because the service and selection is like no one else.

My first visit to Williams no one came to help. My second visit i walked in to get help purchasing and loading plants. The desk workers were not friendly nor seemed interested. The landscape roses were showing quite a lot of the yellow spot type infection anyway. I just left. Very humiliating encounter. I don't suggest this nursery for the DIY type folks. I have a master gardener certificate & degree in biology. I can plant my own things.

Beauty and professionalism with experience and education is how I describe my experience at Williams Plant Nursery! Without even asking for help, a very knowledgeable Lauren was quick to give me a run down of the best way to fill my client's needs through very helpful information and easy instructions on what to do to make my selection process so much easier than a corporate garden center. After my drive around in the golf cart that makes looking through thousands of healthy and beautiful plants, flowers, and trees of all shapes, sizes, colors, soil preference, sun/shade needs, and animal safety types conveniently located on informational signs in front of each selection for those questions you might forget to ask or just don't know to ask. Rick was quick to help me with the purchase and with a pleasant professional demeanor. When I went to gather my beautiful selected plants and flowers Janeth was so gracious to help me correct the plants I had misinformed Rick with and made sure I wasn't overcharged. After admitting to a couple mistakes Rick was fast to fix my incorrect selections and I was on my way with a smile and satisfaction knowing that I have just been to the greatest nursery in the city of Jacksonville! Excellent customer service and such a wide variety for any landscaping needs or wants. In addition they have the perfect bedding materials as well such as mulch and black kow which completes the whole landscaping and beautification I now get to achieve and make a very satisfied client and friend! Thank you so much for all your help and making it such a pleasurable experience that will keep me coming back!!

This company was supposed to cut our lawn every week and they just quit coming. We didn't call them at first because we have had so much rain, we understood that they could get behind. But after a full month passed (last time they provided service was the day after memorial day and it is now June 28) My husband called and left a message last week on the answering machine (Robert's wife's voice). He did not get a call back, so he called again yesterday. Still, he got no call back. Today, I decided to call from my cell ( a number they did not recognize) and I left my number and no name. I got a return call within the hour. At first the lady was nice and asked me if I was interested in having my lawn taken care of. I told her that I was a current customer and that NO ONE had been to our house since the day after Memorial Day. She got very defensive and claimed her husband was in the dying in the hospital and that he needed surgery. She proceeded to tell me that if her son had not shown up at our home in a months time, that she guessed they had quit doing our yard. I asked if they were ever going to tell us and she stated that she had been busy and called me rude for asking since her husband was supposedly in the hospital. I informed her that I did not believe her and that she was more than willing to call me back and take on more work when she thought I was a new customer. My feeling is that because our yard is very big that when the rain started they probably got behind, but instead of calling to make things right, they just quit coming because we are pretty laid back customers. I told her that I was willing to allow them to come and do our yard one last time, and find someone else or otherwise I would have to post a negative review. She said she would talk to her son about it, and call me back. Within minutes, Anthony called me back. I reminded him that our original agreement was that we paid their full rate during the fall and winter months when they only had to come twice a week, but that they were not living up to their end of the agreement once the summer weekly service time came. He stated that he was doing the yards by himself, that our yard was too big for him to do, and that he had not had time to let us know. He stated that even though we are completely pain in full and had paid all fall and winter that he did not feel he owned us anything. We then rescinded our offer to allow them to come back for a final cut and told them to not come back.

UPDATE: In response to Robert....this feels like gaslighting to me ... I will not remove my review. It accurately reflects my experience with you. I do thank you for now acknowledging me. Upon my initial review you denied I was ever a customer.

I've been using Antones Lawn Maintenance for the past few years and they have been exceptional. They're always on time and always do a top-notch job. I couldn't recommend these guys more.

We are new to this Lawn Service but have been Very Pleased.
Robert and Anthony are very prompt and if weather affects the schedule they let us know when to expect them.
They are very particular about their work and take pride in how our Lawn looks.
They have gained other homes in the neighborhood. Very happy customer.
