Rude. Not helpful when there is a concern. Just defensive and making excuses. Dealt with my concern by dropping me as a customer. Not even well done work. Good luck to these people with this business model.

Jaxscapes were AMAZING. I called last minute the day before the 4th of July, with no problems or hesitation, they showed up less than an hour after I called and did a fantastic job!! I will use them any time I need landscaping. You should use them too!! They definitely didn’t disappoint.

Rude and unprofessional BEYOND BELIEF; they require you to pay for TWO cuts up front, so you don’t even know if they’re any good or not but they demand you pay anyway. When I called back (politely) to let them know we were going to use another service, the wife started blowing up my phone and called me a “pathetic loser” who probably wants “$10 cuts”. I actually had to block her. There are many reputable lawn services in the area; I would run in the other direction from this “company”. Please note their other “good” reviews are actually made by themselves or fake accounts.

Joe has the work ethic and pride in his work that are increasingly rare qualities in any profession. He works on his own to ensure quality of his work. I am obsessed with my yard and garden, I’ll admit. And my specific requests and high expectations are mostly ignored by hired landscape services. Not so with Joe. He always makes sure everything is completed to my and his own high standards. As much work as I do in my own yard and after decades of hiring people for help I can say with confidence that Eden’s Utopia is a rare find in the landscaping field. Joe hits all the marks probably anyone could want in a yard service. Highly recommend!

I hired Joe to mow & take care of my yard. Today is the 2nd week coming to mow/cut bushes. Joe is fantastic and treats my yard like his own. He cares even in 105 degree weather.

I contacted Eden's Utopia, Inc. to repair damage that had been done to my lawn by a delivery truck delivering packages to my home. Since I had used Eden's Utopia before, I knew that they would be able to make the necessary repairs. As expected, Joe came the date and time we agreed upon and even repaired some other troubled areas in my lawn, going above and beyond my expectation. The property was left clean afterwards and I am completely satisfied with the service, repairs, professionalism and the pricing.
