I was hesitatant when hearing our old service company had merged with Heroes. That being said, Chris was great and answered my questions thoroughly. Jimmy was able to come out same day! Jimmy is an excellent representative for Heroes! Polite, clean and professional! Offered solutions and didn't take advantage of my repair needs.

The irrigation system was put in the yard in a couple of days. Jimmy was our main contact in the office and he did most of the work at our house. He works hard and efficiently. Chris gave us the quote and listened to my concerns. He did the backflow for us. The owner stopped by. He was a really nice guy. He was concerned about getting the system in and helping us save our new sod. I would definitely recommend them.

Had them come out to assess fungus and chinch bug damage in my lawn. First tech was very nice and seemed to focus mainly on the fungus when he was looking at the lawn. He didn’t mention the plan or suggestions for the chinch bugs which I thought was odd, but I knew I had several issues to work on in the lawn. I found out later the tech had no pesticide license. Why would they send someone with no pesticide license when my original request mentioned bugs specifically?
I also found out later this tech was no longer with the company shortly after his visit.
After the first treatment, they had to reschedule the second and third due to the technicians being sick… another red flag.
The second tech that came was very thorough and apologetic when I explained my experience so far. He assured me they would send an after visit report and a service schedule/plan that I was supposed to get at the outset. However, I was the one who had to reach out and request those items two more times. After getting the reschedule notice for the third visit, I cancelled.
I originally called this company because the owner was commenting on neighborhood Facebook posts that he lived in our community and he was responsive to posts asking about chinch bugs.
I understand this is a fairly new franchise, but there are so many pest/lawn fertilizer services in town and my own neighborhood … I don’t see how this business can be competitive when they give such a poor first impression to new customers willing to give them a chance.
It felt like I was doing more work trying to communicate than they were. Hopefully they turn it around unless they are just trying to churn through clients.

Jimmy came and installed some new irrigation and checked our older irrigation, which he then repaired. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful in teaching us some things we did not know about our system and irriation generallly.. We would definitely use Heroe's for any service again.

Miller's irrigation is awesome. Honestly and ethics are part of their mantra. You can't go wrong with this company. If you want knowledgeable individuals this is the company. Best company in the area. Up front honesty. You can't go wrong.

I can share that if you’re looking for an amazing irrigation company, and a team of high-quality, integrity, communications, and follow through you can look no further. These folks installed my irrigation System to Some land on my property that was a natural area filled with roots, vines, and anything else that could disrupt the flow of the landscape and Irrigation. Troy’s team, along with his Irrigation partners, were absolutely magnificent in the design and the execution of placing the system on a timeline that I am still mesmerized by as it took them about an hour and 30 minutes to install. Troy walked me through every sprinkler head as well as the Rain Bird auto system.

Family owned business -- professional, efficient and do great work!! Troy and his team came in after a pool project and got our irrigation system back online. They didn't just come and reconnect to the old piping, but provided an overview and recommended we add a new zone. In and out in a few hours and we couldn't be happier.
