I highly recommend Miller’s irrigation. Troy cut the irrigation in our backyard for a pool install then came back later to reroute and reconfigure once the pool was completed. From the start it was A+ service. He returned my call and the message I left promptly. As you may know it’s hard to get certain companies to return your call. Came out the next day to disconnect our irrigation. Once the pool was completed he came back to reconfigure our system. Added a new zone and heads. He kept me up to date on the progress and the changes he made. The work done was top notch and he even followed up later that day to see if I turned on the system and was satisfied. Great service, work and all done for a very reasonable price. He also has contacts to help with landscaping and sod. I’ve spoke with them and they were all very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Thanks for everything Troy.

Exceptional service & highly knowledgeable. I recently purchased a new home & the irrigation consists of random lines piped throughout the property. I planned to do a few things myself and quickly realized it was time to call a professional. Troy came out & provided me with a quote within a day or two & shortly after he was back out to rehab my neglected system (including my shallow well pump). In one day his team accomplished what would have taken other companies multiple visits, considering the amount of surprises they discovered. Not to mention, he charged me probably a third of what other companies would charge.

If you were looking for someone who actually knows what they are talking about, fast to respond, great pricing, and a local to JAX. This is your business. They did a great job for us and explained all steps along the way. 6 starts.

Our back flow preventer froze during the recent cold snap. I called Miller, and even with his phone ringing off the hook, he was able to work us in the following day. The crew showed up early, got right to work and did a great job. Very happy with Miller Irrigation and will definitely use them for all our irrigation work now.

Troy is the most Incredible, Awesome, Fantastic, Compassionate, Best Person! If I could give him 100 stars I would. I’d use him and his superior service always. I had Miller Irrigation Service come out to check my sprinkler. They were on time and very knowledgeable about what I needed changed. They totally took care of everything. They even reset my controller and went over everything with us to educate us on how to properly water our lawn.

I can't say enough great about this company. Not only do they have fair prices, always responsive, provide multiple ways of communication, transparent and get the job done right the first time, but, they have amazing personalities and have always helped me to learn and understand. I 100% recommend this company for all of your irrigation needs.

Troy Miller @Miller Irrigation was referred to me by No Fla Irrigation company where I purchase my sprinkler heads. I had an emergency and from ALL the companies that I called, Troy answered his phone at 7:30 am AND said he would be at my home by Noon and he would work me into his busy schedule. Troy is a man of his word. He showed up, fixed my pump and pipes and has been there for me for many years now. Always on time always with a smile. And he definitely knows what he is doing! I have referred him to many people and they love him, too! He is a hero!! Came to my rescue one Friday night when my pump caught fire in my garage! Next to my automobile!! I can not say enough great words about Troy Miller!

Troy was quick to respond to my request to help cap off a couple irrigation bibs. One of which had popped the handle during our freeze.

Troy went above and beyond to help locate an irrigation meter I didn’t know existed, explain the ins and outs of my system, and ultimately cap these bibs off.

Troy had great communication, very courteous, and punctual.

Great fast service. I had two other companies to come out and they didn’t have the parts (back flow). Millers had the parts in stock and worked me in to their schedule in a few days… did some work for my neighbor since they were out this way… very happy with everything they have done. Good fair pricing, this will be my go to company.

We had a fantastic experience working with Miller’s Irrigation Services. Troy was incredible to work with, very transparent, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He did an excellent job installing our sprinkler system.

A few months later, the city dug a ditch in our front yard and exposed one of the lines. I reached out to Troy, and he had his team out the very next day to fix it. That kind of responsiveness and care is hard to find.

Troy and his crew were great. They were punctual. They replaced my control panel. Replaced only the sprinkler heads that were broken or leaking. They adjusted the sprinklers to spray the lawn and directed them away from the house. Prior to leaving They checked to make sure everything was working properly. Troy and his crew were professional and courteous. I can see why their business gets a 5 5tar rating. I strongly recommend this company.

Laurie and her team did an outstanding job landscaping our front and back yards. She listened to our needs, designed a professional plan, and then hired a great team (tree service, sprinkler service etc) to help her put it in place. She closely oversaw the work that was done and made the process so easy. Everything that she planted has done well 1 year out. We are delighted with our beautiful yard!
