I’ve been shopping here for years. Yesterday I was helped by Morgan and she was amazing!! I told her exactly what I needed(mosquito repelling plants, easy care, specific sizes, and for inside/outside) She helped me get exactly what we needed and took the time to explain how to care for the plants. The selection was great and the plants were big and healthy. Thank you!

Just wanted to express my gratitude. Im a local landscaper in jacksonville fl. Liberty has been by far one of my favorites places to get quality products from for my clients. Mrs Garron set the bar extremely high when it comes to outstanding customer services. Shes been amazing throughout the years 😍 However on my last visit on the 9th of September I stop at the main street location and ran into an angel. My day was hectic. Crazy weather . Exhausted 😩 ready to go home just over it. Until I met Corey ❤️🧚🏽‍♀️he was welcoming and thats a big plus in my book . Eagered to assist very kind. Express my concern on a installation that I was trying to wrap up for a client that was celebrating her birthday but also flying back to her home town New York. Corey jumped right in and assisted me with making my delivery happen that day . When I arrived to install the tree 🌳 it was in place where I could easily install it aswell. This made my day. This nursery provides top notch, customer-focused and, best of all, personalized service! Taurus helped me select the perfect little Holly tree, held it for me when I had to delay pick up and helped me fit it in my car. He’s the best! Oh, and Ashley knew all things plant related. Love this place!

Wonderful, friendly staff!! Good selection, although they could do with more succulent plants and someone taking care of them more often. Overall though, great store/space, and very friendly staff.

I had a great experience ordering trees. Photos were sent to me to verify the trees before delivery. Installation was fast and expertly done. All of the trees look healthy. I will go back to Liberty for other plants. Wendy is very knowledgeable and has great advice for success.

Very happy with the prompt and meticulous palm tree delivery and install. Liberty's courteous and hardworking team installed 4 Florida Fancy Sable Palms. Leo took the time to plywood protect the grass for the frontloader and cleaned up the grounds carefully with a blower. Very reasonable prices for good quality trees.

I visited this nursery a month back, and the staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had a great selection of plant at affordable prices. I really enjoyed my newbie to the plant world experience. It be the people that make the place. Best In Town

100% of the St. Augustine sod (all pieces in the 1.5 pallets) that I ordered was delivered in EXCELLENT condition! I have never seen such rich, green, healthy sod anywhere - ever! It has now been growing in my yard for over 3 weeks (watered daily for 2 weeks) and it still looks just as green and healthy!
Plus everyone who works at Liberty is super nice, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to advise and help. Liberty under the new management is the BEST!
UPDATE:
Liberty delivered 1.5 pallets of sod at the end of February, and it still looks super healthy. In my attached photo, you can see the dark green healthy grass from Liberty against the older thin light green grass. I wish I had bought more from Liberty to replace my entire lawn! Great sod and wonderful service!

I had an amazing experience at liberty! I am a busy professional gardener. Mia is so wonderful and created me a quote fast She sent Eli and Steve to get the plants! They were very knowledgeable and so easy to work with! This is was a quick and a great experience! Take it from the pros. These guys are the best.! And you can’t beat their delivery prices!!! It’s a win-win all around!

Great selection and staff. Some unusual and rare plants. Some of the monrovia hybrids get pretty pricey.

Had a great experience here! The staff was attentive and helpful. The plants they have are beautiful. We purchased a plant and planter separately, and they planted it for a reasonable fee and helped us load it into the truck.

Customer service is phenomenal! I live in Ocala and purchased a few palm trees from them, they answered all our questions, sent us pictures of the trees and helped tie them down for our drive back, thank you!

They carry beautiful option with unique variety and are also helpful and decently knowledgable.

The Joseph’s climbing coat rose is beautiful and interesting with both yellowish and rich pink tones. The rose impressively grows, climbs a few feet, and seasonally produces decently long lasting medium buds. I carefully handle the rose with many thorns and even some of the thorns are not easily seen.

I wish to plan for and work towards learning to keep a small trellis. How can I create and buy support for a larger bud and more leaves?

Also, I wish to much later learn using my knowledge base how to plan and grow creating a strong base to support the upward movement for a one day larger canopy. 💐 🪴🌱

OMG !!!!!! This place is amazing! If you don’t have time to visit make time because the experience is wonderful the staff is lovely ! I worked with Sunshine and she is awesome ! I asked for a plant and she took me straight too it !!! I’m new to being a plant mom but Liberty has made the journey fun! I came with my best friend! We had a blast

Aaron Page was fantastic! Even though we arrived at Liberty within 30 minutes of closing on a Saturday afternoon, he took care of us as if he had all the time in the world. The plants, as evidenced by these two pictures, were healthy and beautiful. If anyone googles "best landscaping/nursery in Jacksonville" this business would jump up as the BEST. We are now customers for life!

Fantastic place! Fast delivery! They were extremely helpful and even gave us free samples of the rocks we were considering. They were also dog friendly and had a great selection.

Liberty has an amazing staff that helps design your yard and works with you to select the best plants. I had an amazing experience with Tammy designing my backyard and Morgan helping with plant selection. The quality of the plants surpasses the big box stores and other local nursery lots. The mulch, sod and hard scaping materials are the best value in town. This is my go to place in Jacksonville.

I recently visited Liberty Plant Supply for the first time to source plants for an upcoming corporate event, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

We had an excellent experience using Liberty Landscape supply. We worked with Jay and his crew to re-landscape our backyard and lay new sod. They were friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. The finished product looks great, and all of the plants and sod that they planted were very healthy. Would recommend using them for any landscaping projects.
