After contacting a few landscape design services, we decided to award the business to ProGreen Services and we would like to share our excellent experiences with Mike and Kenny on this forum. We had spent the last year remodeling our home and it was finally time to finish the work with the landscape.

As this was our first remodel, we certainly had a fair share of good and bad experiences with contractors. In this inflationary times and labor shortages, we often times find ourselves dealing with the drama associated with contractors. Some of those bad experiences include not showing up to agreed times, substandard work quality, price gauging, difficult attitude, and so on. While we had some good experiences, I would say we saw more difficult contractors than good ones.

You can imagine how surprised we were when we began our journey with Mike and Kenny. First, our landscape work was difficult. Not only are we replacing damaged sod, but we are also trying to landscape a steep hill (>45% incline) to retain the soil. This was in early July where the temperature often exceeded 95 degrees.

From the date we awarded the business, Mike and Kenny has provided the service we have rarely seen. They began each phase of the project by having a detailed communications with us to fully understand our expectations. They are always there to provide expert advice but never overpowering their recommendations with what we were looking for,. They are always patient to listen and then effectively communicated their concerns to which we've always come to a better solution. They then performed preset visits at every phase, and after the work began, the crew is always respectful of our property. When they have labor shortages, the bosses came over to work and they would try to figure out ways to meet their commitments. They have always met their commitments whether it's the schedule, starting time, cost, or quality.

We are looking forwards to award additional business to Mike and Kenny and would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

I've been working with Mike at ProGreen for close to a year. Mike and Caroline are very responsive and professional, if I ever had problems with a work request they were there to figure it out. Not only do they have a strong office team, but Kenny and the other guys on the maintenance team are very easy to talk to, and they make sure I know exactly whats going on with my work orders. I'd recommend ProGreen to anyone looking for an excellent all around property maintenance and tree service combo! You guys rock.

ProGreen hands down provided the best customer service we have ever experienced. Super friendly staff when calling, the owner was very hands on and communicated every step with us to make sure we were happy with the final result. He sent pictures during the day of the progress and pricing was great! 100% would recommend to anyone with lawn needs. They will make it happen and you will love your yard afterwards.

I rarely write reviews, but Progreen put in a couple of Agave plants, and 6 Cu Yd of river rock at our house. The service was quoted, they were in constant communication, they came when scheduled, reviewed work after completion to ensure we were satisfied. I saw who i thought was the manager down on hands and knees organizing the rock (turns out he's the owner). I wish there was 6 stars available for this type of service, so unexpected for someone to do exactly what they said, when they said, and follow up to ensure satisfied.

Hired Mike and his colleagues at ProGreen Services to remove a large Water Oak tree that was encroaching my roof and trimmed four palm trees in my front yard. They did a great job and cleaned up well once the work was completed. These guys are neat and clean and know what they’re doing! I’d hire them again without any reservation whatsoever.

We had a great experience with ProGreen. They were great at communicating when the team would come out and give us an estimate and kept us informed if there was a delay due to weather. The team that came out to perform the work did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They performed all of the tasks in a timely manner. We will be calling ProGreen again for future projects.

I've used ProGreen Services on multiple occasions for tree trimming and tree removal. Great customer service. Great response, and very pleased with the work performed.

Excellent and professional. Super fast and onetime delivery and installation of 5 cubic feet of mulch. Asked them to come back for landscaping and sod. I'm a repeat client for sure. Customer service is out of this world. Always keeping us updated of the progress of our projects.

These guys are fantastic. Their price quotes were fair, beyond competitive and they worked with me every step of the way to diagnose and salvage my irrigation system, repair some areas of sod and prune overgrown branches in need. Kenny and Mike are top of the line professionals and I'd happily recommend them to anyone!

ProGreen did a landscaping project for our campus including trimming a number of trees and bushes and installing stone and mulch beds. Pro Green removed some trees and trimmed overgrown limbs on the side of our building. The crew was on time, knocked out the job quickly, and cleaned up everything like they were never there. Great results and reasonably priced.

I cannot say how much my husband and I are pleased with your business. From the start Michelle was so professional and accommodating as was the young man who came to our home for the estimate. The two gentlemen who came to do the tree trimming of the large oak tree in our front yard worked for 5 hours. Our tree never looked so good!

We are new to the Jax area and had been looking for a tree service to do a small pruning job. Other companies that came out saw the job as a waste of time and just bid it too high. Mike from Pro Green came to us to bid the job. We couldn't believe how affordable his bid was. We approved his bid and the work was completed inside of a week. He was very knowledgeable and was able to perform the service without the need for large equipment, like other companies said it needed. His crew worked continuously and were cautious with the surrounding plants. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend Pro Green to anyone who wants a reasonable price for a professional job.

Progreen did a wonderful job on my yard. I had them remove some dead bushes, get rid of all kinds of weeds, mulch, and plant some new bushes. I look forward to using them again for any yard projects we have. I highly recommend them.

High quality work done very efficiently. Had a small sprinkler issue after they left (understandable to have missed) and they came back out within an hour of my discovering it to address. Very helpful, responsive and professional!
