When our old landscape company retired, they transferred us to James and his crew at Heroic. At first we were skeptical since we didn't necessarily choose Heroic ourselves, but after James took over it was obvious we didn't have to worry. Our house is a bit farther out than James' regular service area, but he still showed up reliably every time and always went above and beyond for us. Really great service and excellent communication as well. 100% would recommend.

I was in need of an irrigation pump and the person that cuts my lawn recommended James Sneed. I called and right away James knew exactly what size pump i needed. I also asked about a wifi controller, James said he could install that as well. I sent James a couple pictures and he scheduled an install for today. The install went quickly and I was extremely pleased with James' knowledge and quick install. He guaranteed his work and recommended I call him if I ever need any repairs.

James and crew are great people to work with. I live down the street from him and he also takes care of many other yards in our neighborhood. He cuts weekly in the summer and every other week in the fall / winter months. Everytime he cuts he edges and blows. I also have him keep the shrubs trimmed up.

If superheroes carried weed whackers instead of capes, they’d be James and his crew at Heroic Landscapes. I called them in a full-blown lawn meltdown after another company let me down. And they showed up like legends — funny, upbeat, and clearly love what they do. James went above and beyond, cracked jokes, and somehow made lawn care fun. My yard went from “call the city” to best day of it's life in one visit. Five stars isn’t enough — these guys truly live up to their name! I truly can't thank you enough.

I am completely satisfied with the work C&L did on my landscaping. They installed a paver patio, landscaping and irrigation. Leslie and George quickly returned my calls and answered all my questions. All of their crews were very professional and friendly.

Tom and his crew installed a new irrigation system in our yard. They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, finished with a “ better than before” cleanup! Tom walked us through use of the system, answering all of our questions. Chase and Elijah stayed until 730 p.m. to pressure wash the driveway, sidewalks, pool deck! You'd never know they'd been here except for perfect little cuts in the yard! There were no high spots left in the yard from the excavation. The yard actually looked better than it did to begin with! C& L provided unexpected service at a great price. We couldn't be happier 😊

I needed to have immediate service for a broken water valve that had been running for at least six hours or more.
C&L responded immediately and sent a young professional (Cody) who knew immediately what was the problem .

Vendor was quick to respond to my emergency and provided excellent service. Was disappointed because I was originally sent an invoice showing a discount but was delayed in payment even though invoice said five days before considered late and was sent another invoice the next day without the discount indicating it was past due.

C&L Landscape is a company that takes their job seriouly. From the estimate day, George Smith, to the SOD installation by George Smith Jr. the communication was perfect all the time.

C&L Landscape came to our rescue after someone ran over our sprinkler head and busted a pipe. They were responsive, professional, and thorough. Our technician, Cody, was great and office personnel were very friendly. Highly recommend and will use their services again.

C & L Landscape just finished my front yard and it looks good. They removed existing plants which my lawn service left overgrown and installed plants which can be easy to manage. They also took out a huge plant on the driveway and replaced it with sod all in a day.

Everyone at C&L Landscape was professional and provided quick efficient services. Our shrub, mulch, gravel, and tree installation was completed in just 2 days while we were away on vacation. Would highly recommend them for landscaping services!

C&L Landscape is one of the most fantastic companies I have worked with!!!! While I have not had a lot of experience with landscaping companies, I have had experiences with many companies and trying to hire to do work at my new home. Some of these experiences have been decent, some have been absolutely horrible but I can say my experience with C&L Landscape has been the very best! My husband and I purchased our new home in August of 2020 and we were in great need of finding a landscaper. I called C&L to get a quote on the work to be done and we set an appointment. George came to the house and, as my husband and I really don't want to do yardwork every weekend, I told George other than mowing the lawn, we wanted zero-scaping. We discussed a 3 phase plan, the first of which was to get rid of the overgrown holly shrubs, sego palm, trim up a very overgrown fatsia and orange tree and fix the drainage and runoff problem in the frontyard that was literally washing out part of the yard by our driveway. Phase 2 was to be a rockbed around the house to alleviate the need for rain gutters and phase 3 was to design and construct new tiered, hands off, landscaping in the front flower beds. Our original plan was to have Phase 1 completed, see how that went and wait a bit for the other phases, but C&L did such a fantastic job and my husband was so impressed that we called them within the week to get put on the schdule for phases 2 and 3 which they completed flawlessly. C&L was very responsive to keeping me in the loop, from Tom letting me know when they would be there and dropping by after to make sure everything was done well and we were happy with it. The guys were there on time, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after and really seemed repectful of my property. They have transformed the yard and the look of the house from somewhat rundown and tired to clean and inviting and we couldn't be happier with the job they did for us. We are planning on having irrigation put in and will be calling C&L before the spring, to complete that for us. If you're on the fence about hiring C&L, get off the fence and make the call. You won't be disappointed!!!!!

Pedro did a fantastic job, would not hesitate in calling C&L, matter a fact they have done all of the landscaping!!!! This company is great and there crews are great. Pedro is a total asset to the company he's the best landscaper we have ever had.

C & L did my landscaping and helped transform my flower beds and yard. Leslie Smith came out and made suggestions on how to clean up and brighten the beds as well as what plants to use. They cleaned out all my flower beds, and removed all the unsightly bushes that were cluttering up the house. The result has made the appearance very sharp and colorful, such an improvement, and changing to river rock was a big step up. They also installed a French drain to alleviate the water pooling and replaced all my dead patches of grass. Very quick and efficient, very professional and I will definitely reach out for any future projects.

Absolutely fantastic service. Cody arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He quickly analyzed the problem, made repairs to my irrigation system, checked all other zones to ensure proper operation and coverage and even asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I would give C&L Landscape a 10+++ rating with my highest recommendation! Thank you for a job well done!

I am overly "detail oriented" at times - even to a downfall in certain moments. However, when it came to this project, I tried to stay hands-off.

From the beginning, I met with George and gave him a rough sketch with my ideas on how I wanted the final product. There were additions (not much in the way of subtractions) along the way and he gave valuable input and suggestions. His mason, Larry, did a wonderful job on the addition of the steps to tie into our travertine pool surround and worked (and reworked) the uneven slate in the firepit area to the best case scenario. Tommy did an impecable job directing his crew with detailing, placement, appeal and communication (both with them and me). I believe it was day 2 of the backyard tear-out that I walked into the house and took a deep breath of relief knowing I was not going to be fighting this project the entire way.

If you want to save money and take whatever you are given - I am sure you can find someone out there who will accomodate you. However, if you want a crew who cares about their work, provides excellent customer service, looks for ways to please you, dedicates the time/energy to go hand-pick out the "rocks" because they know what you are wanting & expecting - and feel the balance of value and quality was met - I would suggest C&L for an estimate.

Update: December 2021 - I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with C&L and how George stood behind his product, his work and his crew - even when not his liability. He "owns" his word.

I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it has been to work with C & L Landscape when they recently installed my paver patio. From the first day until the last day their entire team was friendly, efficient, creative, and professional. They always listened carefully to my questions, responded quickly to any concerns, and made sure I was getting exactly what I envisioned for my project.
